Zarcillos del Diablo is Cicuta Azoul's dormir.

The dormir can activate without warning and requires no feat of concentration on Cicuta's part. From his arms, Cicuta sprouts several long, black tendrils, up to five from each arm, and two from his back (one from each scapula). These changes are brought out as a result of his former hollow state being a tentacled creature known as a 'polyp'.

Dormir Ability

The tendrils, as well as Cicuta's saliva, produce a potent drug in this state. The tendrils have the power to, when 'inserted' (forcefully or not) into another creature, suck away their reiatsu from them, restoring Cicuta's own energy. In exchange, the tendrils release the drug from holes at their ends into the other party's body, which quickly travels through their blood and speeds up their superficial wound recovery process. The drug, however, is just that; A drug. Prolonged uses of it can cause an addiction. Because the drug is produced from Cicuta, it doesn't positively or negatively affect him.
