Yuluta is Jin Urashima's Artefact.

Artefact Description

Jin’s Quincy artifact takes the form of a silver two-banded ring, held together by the long part of the raised cross put into the casting of the ring. When summoned, Jin’s Quincy bow takes the shape of a steel-decorated ivory long bow almost as tall as he is.

Powers and abilities

Reflecting Jin's archery style, he is able to pull and release up to five arrows in a single pull of his bowstring. With his various alternate skills in archery, Jin can pull off various kinds of shots like hairpin drop shots, spiral trajectory shots, boomerang side shots, and various other shots designed to avoid obstacles and defenses. For an accurate shot, Jin must concentrate for at least three seconds and the minimum effective range required is 50 ft.
