Yami is Dan Jader's fullbring.
Daniel's forward-minded views of both progress and the pursuit of power have caused him to make choices that many others would view as 'mistakes'. It was usually the role of his parents from a young age to make sure that Daniel's 'choices' never strayed too far from what they believed were the 'right' decisions. Seperated not only from them, but from his homeland as a whole, the choices Daniel makes to rise to power are his own; As are the consequences that accompany them.
'Yami' is not a being. It is not a creature, or an item. It's an ideal; A part of Daniel that represents the weight of the choices that he makes on his own, and the consequences of those choices. It represents the power that Daniel relies own-- His power, and his belief that to attain what power he has, any means are justified. Manifested upon his body, Yami burns black, circuit-like markings into his skin, a constant reminder of the power Daniel has-- As well as the consequences of it's use. Only when active, however, do these markings glow a blood-red hue... And only then does the familiar burn of fire singe Daniel's skin.
And yet, the true form of Yami exists not on Daniel's body. When fully manifested, Yami's physical form slowly materializes into existence; A pair of large, floating, black claws, which bear the same circuit-like score markings as those burned into Daniel's hands. The black claws maintain a particular distance to Daniel (max. distance of seperation: 45 ft.), and move at his instinctive command (20 mph.) to crush foes. Easily the size of a man, these hands represent Daniel's desire to use his own hands to change the world... or destroy anything that opposes that desire.
Fullbring Abilities
In this state, Yami seeks to feed it's need to destroy. Be it on another living creature, spiritual presence, or even on Daniel himself; The fullbring's innate draw is to ravish and destroy all things. Thus, any who come into contact with Yami in this form will feel it's wrath. When the hands of Yami touch anything, living or otherwise, they 'burn'; As if the hands themselves were on fire. What starts off as merely a searing pain (1st post contact) eventually grows into actual burns (2nd, 3rd, 4th posts of contact), and ultimately leads to the slow immolation of anything within Yami's grasp (5th post onward). This is not exclusive to enemies, however; Yami knows no ally. For while Daniel wields it's power in this untamed state, even he is slowly made victim to it's wrath, to sate it's desire for destruction (effects take twice as long on the user).
Strengths
Yami's power is absolute. Destructive. Unforgiving. It is not a fullbring to go 'toe-to-toe' with; Avoiding it's reach, and outmaneuvering it's grasp is not only advised, but the only way to successfully fight it.
Weaknesses
Yami's destructive wrath doesn't apply solely to it's enemies. Daniel, over the course of time, its also made victim to it's destructive powers, and if left active for too long, he too can succumb to it's power. Alongside this, Yami's power offers Daniel no known defense. While he's not stationary when using it, he's also left relatively defenseless to attacks.
