When using Volto del Fantasma and before desginating nay actual change in his own appearance, Arelcchinos entire body, sword and mask alike is coloured a pitch black. This makes him look like a dark phantom like creature, earning it its name.

Dormir Ability

Volto del Fantasma first covers Arrlechino from head to toe in the dark shroud described above, this covers his entire body and can be extended onto objects up to the size of a small room or hallway. After this Arlecchino can change the colour and pigmentation of anything covered by the shroud. This can be used to make himself appear to be someone else(of comparative size and shape)and to blend in comepletely with his surroundings. Or if he feels like it he can shift his body to a mozaic of bright and dazling colours to confuse an enemy.

Disguising as someone else is not a foolproof ability, as it simly makes him looks like the person and nothing else. Beyond his own considerable ability to imitate people and their voices he must avouid being scrutinized to much as the illusion becomes more and more obvious.

Both this and the cameleon variation are not suited for combat as they require both concentration and are blurred when moving to fast. When used in conjunction with Sonido however this can be minimized as well as help to mask the sound of his movements.

The final variation is the best suited for combat as it can both dazzle and distract an enemy, and the blurring of clours actually adds to this effect. Confusing his opponent and creating an impressive spectacle at the same time.
