Visored

A visored is a spiritual being, whether shinigami, quincy, or seer, who have gained an inner hollow and have learned to call upon its power in addition to their previous abilities. Amongst the shinigami or the quincy, this is regarded as a mortal sin deserving immediate capital punishment; amongst the seers this is not usually treated as an issue.

Abilities

By overpowering the inner hollow in a manner similar to obtaining bankai by forcing the zanpakutō into submission, the visored becomes able to access new abilities while using their mask. The proportion of the face covered by the mask indicates the level of control the visored has over their inner hollow, which in turn controls how long they can keep the mask on and the level of the inner hollow's abilities that they can access.

Visored also gain the ability to use cero.

However, due to the conflicting nature of the inner hollow against the visored's original nature (or zanpakutō spirit, in the case of shinigami), the visored will never gain the highest abilities of their base class.
