Vientos Heraldo

Vientos Heraldo is Ryūjin's crezca. at lower levels of activation there is no change, but as the storm build Ryūjin will start to gather the static electrical energy giving him a soft blue glow, as more energy is gathered the glow will fade to be replaced with small arcs of electricity. Upon activation of tormentas rabia ball lighting will form within Ryūjin vicinity and be drawn into his wings before absorbtion.

Crezca Abilities
Convocar A Los Vientos
By filling the air with Ryūjin's reiatsu this little dragon can start manipulating the winds, slowly at first as he pushes what’s there to move faster but with every moment the winds will gain power and speed, the high winds will start forming clouds that will swell and grow until eventually Ryūjin flies at the centre of a mighty storm of hail and thunder, a storm lord of wind and thunder.
[ the storm build every post while this ability is activated at a rate of 10% Ryūjin's reiatsu control, build up cannot exceed his total point value, max cap is 500]
1 – 15 light wind: no effects
16 – 29 moderate winds light cloud formation: ruffled hair, annoying
30 – 59 strong winds, light rain: Loose objects and litter are blown away, light damage to terrain
60 – 75 sever winds, heavy rain: light terrain damage, visibility is reduced -10 from melee/weapon, movement reduced by 10%
76 – 124 wind storm, heavy rain, lightning (tormentas rabia can now be used): moderate terrain damage, visibility is reduced -15 from melee/weapon, movement reduced by 20%
125 – 249 hurricane winds, sever rain, hail, lightning storms: heavy terrain damage, visibility is reduced -20 from melee/weapon, movement reduced by 30%
250 – 500 tornado, hail, rain, thunder, lightning, twisters: Massive terrain damage, visibility is reduced -30 from melee/weapon, movement reduced by 50%
Tormentas Rabia
Drawing in the power from the storms built up energy Ryūjin can infuse himself with lightning, holding its power within his body like a battery before unleashing it in a deathly blast. As a side effect this also electrifies his body making his claws and teeth deadly.
Cero: infusing a normal Cero with the power of the lightning produces a glowing white pellet that when fired like any other cero races outward to strike the target before exploding into a sphere of lightning discharges, effecting a wide area with the attack power of Ryūjin reiastu + ½ the storms power (max + 250) but can only be fired every other post.
Melee: with his body carrying the power of a storm Ryūjin's claws and teeth carry a frightfully powerful shock, any that take even a glancing hit from these weapons can be stunned by the discharge, (anyone with a point total lower than the storms power is stunned for a post,)
Strengths
while tormentas rabia is active anyone grappling with Ryūjin will take continues damage from the arcing electrical charge.
Weaknesses
duel edged power: convocar a los vientos effects everyone including Ryūjin.
cant stop the wind: once a storm has been started Ryūjin cannot stop the build up nor end the storm but must let it burn itself out over time.
I cant take it: Ryūjin cannot last long in the final stage of his storm, the tornado level winds and huge amount of electrical power will tear his wings apart and burn out his nerves if he stays too long, at most he can last 10 posts at maximum power before he must escape to calmer skies
too adapted: Ryūjin's body will always contain the power of the storm, from the first use to his last the lightning is within him and his body has been built to survive it, should Ryūjin attempt to become an arrancar the loss of protection would cause a discharge that will instantly kill him, he will forever be a hollow.
