Toque de las Heladas
From Inga no Kusari wiki
Toque de las Heladas is Sigurgeir Jokulsson's dormir.
The appearance of Sigur doesn't change in a way of a form change but his very presence gives off a chill with a slight haze and the ground he stands on becomes frozen, also his zanpakutou is now covered in frost and emits a cold fog similar to dry ice.
Dormir Abilities
The Toque de las Heladas allows Sigur to freeze anything he can connect with but is unable to produce projectile ice attacks on his own. His body's reiatsu reverts back to a previous form, emitting very cold temperatures of around -130C and he has the ability to project and control the cold energy in his body. The dormir itself works to inhibit movement of the opponent and the cold temperatures emmitted are also able to lower the movement stat of anyone within a few metres of Sigur as it restricts the use of the muscles and makes the body lethargic. If left under the influence of a touch for too long it can easily freeze an opponent completely. This obviously takes some time though (2-3 post cycles depending on the size of the opponent).
The cold effect from the Dormir release lowers anyone within 5 metres movement score by 50 with an extra 1 for every 1 reiatsu score Sigur possesses reaching a cap of 150
(Similar to how Hitsugaya gave off a cold aura as a child, leading to his mother's sickness. Only much colder and controllable.)
He has two ways to perform this with different results.
Connection: Connecting with a target indirectly through another medium such as the ground allows Sigur to manipulate the path of his freezing ability to freeze any moisture present. This has a limited range effected by the density of the surface he is using and is the weakest of the two as the target will be able to see the path of ice and can also break out of it with enough reiatsu/strength.
Direct: Performed by physically touching an object or opponent with a part of his body, this is the most effective but dangerous way as he must remain touching the target to perform it.
