Teinei Akira is Neikan Itami's fullbring.
It manefests in way of the doll she carries around all the time. It used to be a Marionette, but not since Neikan recieved it.
When activated, the doll (male by the way) becomes the same height as Louis (Which is about 6'5"). He has the ability to speak, though he doesn't often except to answer Neikan. The body of the doll is cloth and resin (hands and feet) for the most part, with loose fiberfill inside (And wires). The head is made of hand painted Porcelain.

Fullbring Abilities

Neikan says the Doll's full name, which activates it to spring into life and becomes full sized from the small thing she usually carries. The Doll takes orders for which to use it's current ability on, and acts accordingly.
The ability this lifesized doll brings is binding. Reishi binding with a Nickel aluminide (Ni3Al) alloy wire that resides in the torso, legs arms of the doll. In total there are 16 wires, but technically only 14 can be used.
There are seven wires that can exit per arm by the inner wrists. The wires in each limb are thin, very flexible, metal wires. There is a specific wire that is the foundation of the arms, a continual wire from one arm to the other, but it is the same length as the others (Thus can be ejected as well out of the wrists). The other wire is the foundation of the body, as if it was a spine to the doll. Both Foundation wires are 1 1/2 centimeters thick in diameter while all the other wires being 2/10ths of a centimeter in diameter. As of now, the length is about 50 ft, with it being able to regenerate if a length of wire is severed and shortened (which is indefinite), and all it needs is quite a large suficient strength and reiatsu surge to break it.
The fun part is how the doll binds someone else. It can bind the smallest of wrists, to the trunk of a neck, to a whole body; binding it, contorting it into a pose of politeness and cutesy, but with all the abrasiveness. It will make them bow to his Neikan. As of this level, the Doll can only bind at most two people with the wires. The wires so thin can easily slice into exposed flesh (but not deeply quickly). Once wires exit out of their respected wrists (or Trachea), they can travel three meters per second to their target person.
Strengths
Foundation: In an emergency if needed, the Doll can sacrifice (a) foundation wire(s) to use, but it typically won't do it often.
Material: The Doll itself uses it's body to block his Neikan from harm and it can take damage easily. Not like it's going to bleed to death.
Weaknesses
Foundation: If the foundation wire to be used is the one in the arms, then what ever wrist it exits the opposite arm becomes inable to be used and the wires retract back inside the Doll (From that arm). If the foundation wire is from the spine, then the wire comes out of where a normal human's trachea would be, but the Doll loses the ability to stand up. The effects go away once those wires are retracted back inside the body.
Material: The material, while great for not being killed with; doesn't provide the Foundation wires any more protection. If the foundation wire gets severed in the body, there is a temperary loss of function (Same loss as above) for 3 posts. Also if too much damage is done to the doll then it will revert back into the small inanimate doll it grew from to be repaired, usually something Neikan will do outside of battle.
Defending: As of now, it's not good at defending itself or Neikan from other attacks, especially so because of the material the Doll is made out of and the fact that the wires are only for binding (in this point in the fullbring).
