Suzume no Raiku is Darryl Stone's Zanpakutō.
In its unreleased state, Suzume no Raiku appears to be a regular katana, with no special features at all.

Spirit Description
Suzume is a petite woman, with short blond hair and deep golden eyes. She wears a white kimono with lightning bolt designs on the arms and down the sides, and the bottom of the kimono is loose for ease of movement. Lightning can be seen dancing around her body, usually when she's upset.
Shikai
Release Command: Dance upon the Storms, Suzume no Raiku! Suzume no Raiku, in her released state, turns into a pair of gauntlets with lightning dancing around them. The gauntlets are deceptively plain looking, with spikes on the knuckles and plating on the forearms for blocking purposes.

In her Shikai form, Suzume no Raiku can double the power of any Kidō cast by Darryl.
Lightning Bolts
As a lightning type zanpakutō, Suzume no Raiku allows Darryl to fling lightning bolts around, or charge her up with lightning and slug an opponent for some extra damage.

The power of the lightning bolts is scaled to Darryl's actual strength. Right now, at his lowest level of strength, it will probably just stun a weaker target, and not even affect a stronger opponent. As Darryl's strength grows, the lightning bolt strength will too, probably surpassing that of White Lightning eventually.
Strengths
Range: As a kidō type zanpakutō, Suzume no Raiku has a good ranged attack in Shikai form in the form of the lightning bolts, so Darryl can attack even airborne enemies with relative ease.
Lightning: Lightning, in fact, a force of nature, and Suzume controls that force. Fighting her, even in close combat, will have...electrifying results (literally).
Weaknesses
Lack of real physical attack power: Being a kidō type, Suzume no Raiku lacks any real raw, direct attack power of her own, relying heavily on ranged attacks. If a strong enough blow is struck, the chances are that she'll be heavily damaged in a single hit.
No cutting power: Considering the shape she takes when released, Suzume no Raiku has no cutting power, only blunt-force strikes. This could make cutting into opponents very, very hard.
