Sirocco is Evianna LeClaire's Resurrección.
Sirocco, whilst in its sealed form, is an elegant polearm. The length of the staff is crimson colored to match her hair and eyes. The blade itself is that of an elegant scimitar. The foot of the pole has a golden pommel.

Resurrección
Release Command: "Liberate, Sirocco."
Prior to releasing her zanpakutō, Evianna lifts it horizontally in front of her. She then removes her hands from the polearm, allowing it to levitate freely, and bats the end of it with her hand. The zanpakutō spins in midair, accelerating as the wind picks up around her. The zanpakutō then vanishes from both ends in a violent whirlwind, which grows to obscure Evianna from sight. When the storm disperses, Evie's released form is then visible.
Sirocco allows Evianna to become closer to her true nature in appearance. As with her usual attire (or lack-thereof), no matter what she may have been wearing before, Sirocco removes any clothes Evianna might have been wearing. She now sports pristine white feathers in the form of a mantle, as well as shoulder to wrist arm and thigh to ankle leg warmers. Her hands morph into white talon-like appendages that can be used offensively. Her necklace-like mask fragment has migrated to rest on her head as an ornament, and now sports two knee-length white feathers.
Resurrección Abilities
Sirocco grants Evianna great control over the wind itself. When idle, this power is always active in the form of a noticeable breeze wherever Evie's reiatsu can be felt. In this passive form, it simply manifests her spiritual pressure as wind.
When her power is used actively, it can take many forms:
Viento Destada (Unleashed Wind)
Sirocco's most active and apparent ability is also its cheapest and least offensive. Evie can manipulate the wind itself to a large degree, creating gusts, squalls, and whirlwinds, each of varying strength. How strong they are is directly proportional to how much reiatsu she expends to create them. Relatively harmless gusts and squalls consume very little reiatsu, while high speed winds with damaging potential consume a lot more. The extent of this power is creating a tornado, whose devastation increases from F1 to F5 as her Apprenda increases; these tornadoes last for three post cycles, but she must consciously control their movement. This power is less draining as her Tier in Apprenda increases. At base level (Apprenda Tier 2) she can create a single tornado before tiring. This number doubles with each Tier gained (Apprenda Tiers 3, 4, 5, and 6 allow for 2, 4, 8, and 16 tornadoes respectively.) At these higher levels, she is able to create up to three at a time.
Lanza del Firmamento (Lance of the Firmament/Released from the Sky)
As a technique of Viento Destada, Evianna compresses a great deal of wind into lance-like shape, allowing her to use it as a blade; the wind spins with enough force to cut as well as any such implement (naturally it doesn't hurt her), or if used to stab can drill into the skin. Once formed, she can maintain the lance as long as Sirocco is active, however she may also unleash all of its power. Doing this will result in a tremendous vortex that forces all within its blast radius away from the epicenter, including Evie herself. The radius of the blast is 100 feet multiplied by her Tier in Sonido. As a whole, creating one of these lances requires a great deal of her reiatsu; she can make as many as she can the afforementioned tornados depending on her Aprrenda Tier (one or the other, not both. though she can mix and match), however she can only hold one at a time.
Borrasca Caprichosa (Wayward Squall)
Evianna surrounds herself in a close-fitting wind aura. This wind helps to deflect otherwise direct blows, allowing her to augment her defenses; even strong blows aimed for her heart will miss their mark, being deflected at least in a non-fatal direction, while the weakest blows will find themselves ineffective, scratching her at best. Leaving the wind active consumes no reiatsu, however each deflected hit eats away a significant portion of her reiatsu in exchange for the damage avoided. This minor ability of Sirocco also grants Evianna limitless flight for as long as she has reiatsu, expending little to no amount when used for solely that purpose. As her skill in Sonido increases, so too does her flight speed.
Strengths
The Best Defense is a Good Defense - Sirocco affords Evie a strong arsenal of defensive potential. She is able to survive longer thanks to this.
When in Doubt, Run - Her Lanza del Firmamento allows Evie a chance to escape when the going gets tough.
Frequent Flyer - As a Hollow of avian origin, Evianna returns to the sky unhindered.
Weaknesses
Not Enough Reiatsu - Using her strongest abilities requires truckloads of spiritual pressure expenditure. Evie tires out if she uses them in succession.
No Parlor Tricks - Evianna is unable to do much more than control wind velocity, strength, and volume unless she is able to manipulate it close to herself. As such, Lanza del Firmamento is unable to be used as a projectile, for example; in order to do anything special with wind like make it razor sharp or localize it to her body as a defense, it has to be in close proximity to her.
