Appearance
Setsuko Senhime is approximately five foot 10inches (5ft 10in) tall, and one hundred and forty pounds (140lbs). She has very long black hair that she keeps in a ponytail and carries a long bang that falls in her face. She has these piercing blue eyes and for an undiscovered reason she has been unable to open her right eye so it’s always closed (For now). Around her neck is a neck choker coloured burgundy, she also wears a Hakama and arm warmers that reached inches away from her shoulder, both burgundy.
The upper half of her body is covered in bandages only exposing her belly button. Her hollow hole is also hidden by these bandages which is located in the centre of her abdominal section. A tattered cloak of sorts is hung around her waist, a dingy white compared to the cleanliness of her white bandages. Now Unlike her fellow Arrancars the main reminisce of her hollow form is on her left arm and reaches up to her elbow in the form of some armour. Now the only mask fragments that remained on her head is also in the form of a neck choker and the burgundy one conceals it.
Personality
Setsuko Senhime is a very carefree person, though she doesn’t always show it. She prefers to be as mysterious as possible, always leaving an air of mystery when she steps into a room. Setsuko can be passive-aggressive about something and then totally nonchalant about others, some say she is a moody person, though most of the time you will almost always see some sort of smile on her beautiful face.
When it comes to battle she prefers to wait for the opponent to strike first thought she is not against delivering the first strike. Her beliefs are firm and she can be as stubborn as a rock, unyielding even. She has a sly side, as mysterious as she may seem she always have a curiosity about her. Her curiosity can sometimes get her in trouble as she meddles where she has no business being.
History
Born into the human world during the Warring Era of Japan, the world as she knew it was in turmoil. Born into a noble family and in the Azuchi-Momoyama Period, Setusko’s parents kept her a secret in attempts to keep her safe. Though their efforts were notable, in the end it made her feel trapped and caused her to take action that most wouldn’t deem right.
By the age of 10, Senhime had two types of personal body guards, an odd couple in fact, the male a Samurai and the female a Shinobi. A weird combination indeed she thought but those two watched her every move. As she grew older she picked up a couple of tricks from them both, the swordsmanship of a samurai, the agility and stealth of a Shinobi. Of course this was all under her parents’ nose, they wanted their little princess to be just that and nothing more.
When she had turned 17, life was getting more hectic, threats on her parents’ life, attempting robbery and kidnapping. On one of the last raids of her home, her parents were killed and only her body guards were left and a few trespassers standing over their parents. Without thinking and in a blind rage Setsuko charged in and killed only two of them before her eyes made contact with her body guards pulling their weapons from their lifeless bodies. Setsuko was in shock, and threw a few shuriken at them before attempting to flee, but that wouldn’t happen, before she knew it she was falling towards the ground with an arrow through her heart. Before she hit the ground she saw the bow in the Samurai’s hand and the smirk on the Shinobi’s face, her heart was filled with raged at the betrayal and she died with the thought of revenge.
Awakening in a broken home set ablaze, she tried to escape but couldn’t leave the grounds, a chain to her chest kept her their. She fell into a depression and her thoughts of hate and revenge ate away at her Soul Chair faster and faster each day. In no time it was at her chest and the pain was excruciating as her body was transformed into a hideous creature that soon found itself in the darkness.
Las Dias was her new home and she went on a wild rampage eating whatever soul she found. Luck was on her side as she never faced a hollow that she couldn’t slash to pieces. Her strength grew and grew and whilst on earth devouring some low level Shinigami, her power reached a new peak and it was time for an evolution. Shedding her old appearance the new Setsuko Senhime was born, with a calmer mind and more intelligence. Her memory of being a human is still a blur but what she did know was that she had to survive.
Combat
Strengths
• Has a keen eye for fine details. • Her strength is hidden as she has no visible bulky muscles but her blows can be quite dangerous.
Weaknesses
• Frontal attacks are effective against her slim frame. • Currently with only one eye to see, her peripheral is cut in half. • Her Curiosity leads her to face almost any opponent and lead her to meddle in affairs that don’t concern her.
