Rabu Rabu Arrow is Gafuruu Haribou's Glint.

While inactive the Item is simply any one of several small silver sticks (broken-off Quincy cross arms), which Gafuruu bought from an old man's shop.

Glint Ability

Upon activation, the silver stick elongates and grows fletches and feathers on one end; the other end has a small wire basket. A card dangles from a small string on it; by writing the name of a person that Gafuruu has met before, Gafuruu can record a message (voice-only or audiovisual) of up to thirty minutes long, and then the Rabu Rabu Arrow will speed to that person; upon arrival the Rabu Rabu Arrow will transform into a small screen with Play, Pause, Rewind, and Fast Forward buttons; it also has a USB port and a DVD burner for easy recording of the message. It will hover at eye level and constantly show up near the intended recipient until they play the recorded message.

Gafuruu can also send small items totaling up to 3 kg, and measuring less than 20 cm in all dimensions, in the basket; once an item is placed within the basket, the basket becomes a sealed solid box, unopenable by anybody other than the intended recipient.

The recipient may send a reply (voice-only or audiovisual) of up to five minutes, and/or items of the aforementioned limits. If they do not have any reply, the Rabu Rabu Arrow simply returns to its arrow form and flies back to Gafuruu, turning into a small silver stick upon arrival.

The Rabu Rabu Arrow is as difficult to destroy as any item controlled by Gafuruu, and moves at the maximum speed. If destroyed, however, Gafuruu will know at once: a small silver stick will appear in his hand.
