Peace Statute

Peace Statute is Haribou Gafuruu's fullbring.
Gafuruu's skin begins to sparkle brightly, to the point where he can easily illuminate a dark area simply by standing in it. His hair is unaffected.

Fullbring Abilities

This ability affects any material in direct contact with Gafuruu's torso, limbs, and extremities, regardless of its visibility or size or composition: the material instantly takes on all the properties of steel-reinforced concrete, unless it was harder before (in which case it does not lose hardness), forming a sort of very thin (up to 15 cm) protective shell around Gafuruu that Gafuruu can control. The ability does not extend to things that Gafuruu is wielding or holding, but rather applies to things such as air, clothing, or water (if Gafuruu is in water).

Strengths

Lit bulb: This ability removes any possibility of Gafuruu getting stuck in the dark.
Protection: Steel-reinforced concrete is hard enough to stop most punches, blows, or falls from high places.

Weaknesses

Brittle: Taking on all the properties of concrete, even if reinforced with steel, means that heavy blows will shatter the armor, giving enemies the chance to get another hit in before the protection comes back up.
Head shot: Gafuruu has no protection over his head, which is a rather gaping weak spot.
Can't move: Concrete is very hard, and wearing a 15 cm layer of it (even if it does look like air and clothing) makes it pretty nearly impossible to run, walk, or even scratch one's nose. In addition, it reduces the airflow around Gafuruu to essentially zero, meaning it gets very warm inside this protective field very quickly.
It's all hard: There's no padding of any sort to absorb blows, so Gafuruu still feels some of the impact from attacks.
