Appearance
The body of Nemesis is that of a long, black eastern dragon, up to eight feet in length[excluding the tail] and two feet wide, complete with two legs in the back, two in the front, with red claws at the end of each leg to boast. On the rear end is a five feet long tail ending in a wedge shaped like an arrow's tip. Along its back, rows of sharp wedge triangular spikes typical of most eastern dragons can be found. Those spikes, however, are only as tough as the body of Nemesis is.
A few inches after the forelegs, a human like body from hip to head it found. The body is covered in black scales with shapes akin to that of a snake with a hold right where the heart should be. The hands are human-like except for the scales that cover it and sharp claws instead of human nails. The part of head where the face is supposed to be is covered with a oni-like Mask.
Personality
Nemesis is a sly hollow that likes the taste of hollow souls more than human souls. His personality at this point in time is focused on trying to eat every hollow in plain site as it still can't control its feeding urges, although it can recognize arrancars and espadas and obeys them. Higher ranked hollows are automatically obeyed but all others are fair prey. Both friend and foe are all candidates for dinner, breakfast or lunch.
History
The human from which Nemesis sprung from came from a family of born on the outskirts where hollows by the tens come swooping by to eat every human in sight. This was the environment he grew up in. He knew it was only a matter of time before he too would be eaten. Everywhere he looks, there are corpses that nobody dares to salvage for the hollows that killed them would most likely play with them and go on rampage when their play thing was no where to be found.
There was hope, however, although a faint one. A temple where high priests are trained can be found. He sighed. His parents were never really around that much to begin with. They spent most of their time at the market selling things they find in the nearby forest and from the mini-farm they cultivated. As they were poor, he didn't attain any form of education and focused on keeping the house clean. One would think he would be forced to take jobs as he was a man and they were poor but his unwell state of body would not let him so. And as such, he resigned himself to cooking and doing housechores. He tended to plants but today, none of that was to come first for he is to go to that temple and become a high priest.
And so, his journey began, walking down the dirt-filled path, the same path hollows used to ambush prey. The temple was a bit of a fifteen minute walk and so he didn't want to take any chances. He ran as fast as he can to try and avoid any hollows. The sun had just risen and his parents were out, a few hollows were on prowl. Hollows came from somewhere and started going after him. He just wanted to protect everyone. Did his life have to end here. Next thing he knew, he was knocked out by a swiping claw of the hollow and when he woke up, he was top naked, bandages all over him, and some person dressed in funny clothes was taking care of him. He was saved.
They asked his story and he relented. He went ahead and asked them boldly how he wanted to train there and they agreed. He must seek permission first from his parents though. Given his current state, it would be a while. He wanted to do it now but he knows he will just be prey to hollows along the way so he waited it out until he was healed. After a few days, he was released to go and seek permission from his parents. He was happy. He would be a great high priest and protect everyone. Finally, his dream would come true. His life was PERFECT. And then it came, a hollow swooped by and devoured him. Although he wasn't fully eaten, his spirit was damage and corrupted. Everything was a blur and the next thing he knew, he wanted to eat that hollow. He followed that hollow back to its home but it was too powerful for him. And so, he went under the sand in Hueco Mundo and stayed there. He soon learned that his new form could swim through the sands as easily as dolphins do in water whilst keeping his 'human-like' body above the sand.

Combat
Strengths
-> Very agile in sand swimming
-> He is good in stealth ambush of his prey when hiding under the sands
-> has an adequately good bodily defense
Weaknesses
-> It would be very hard to keep track of his long body so the rest of his body is vulnerable to attacks.
-> Whilst his movement skills in sand is nice, when on solid ground, he is slow and sluggish, prone to attacks
-> due to the long nature of his body, it is prone to entanglement and injury, especially in places where he couldn't see
