Appearance
Neikan has slightly curled, golden honey colored hair that reaches down to her hips. She had lightly, toasted, almond colored eyes, that have an almost lifeless look to them like a doll's.
She's 175.26 cm tall and weighs 55 kg. She wears lavender colored, flounced, short skirtless bloomers (or pettipants, depends on the season) underneith a white, slightly fitted, flounced petticoat. She wears a high collared white (with lavender trim on the sleeves, and a royal purple colored ribbon tied around her neck) blouse with a form fitting black over skirt layered over the blouse and petticoat; it's trimmed with lace and tied in place with a big, light lavender linen ribbon, tied in a big bow in back. She wear white or lavender knee high stockings with a variety of shoes, usually flats or low heeled Mary Janes.
She is often seen with a male doll, whose name people think is Louis Weiss and a purple Quellazaire (Outside of school, or on the school's rooftop if she's lucky. It's a Glass Cigarette holder) usually with Sobranie Reds, Sobranie Cocktails, or Djarum being used with the Quellazaire. She carries around a small knife, quite a vintage looking thing, aged back from WWI. Its to protect herself and for using otherwise as a tool (it originally was her brothers).
Personality
She's a pretty quiet girl, half of which is due to Medication and the other half is the fear of being ostracized by her speaking to nothing anyone can see; her doll; Herself in general. She is a fairly polite person and modest to most people; being friendly and kind when she needs to be, though rarely smiling unless to Louis.
History
Neikan was born in the early peaks of a May morning to her father Shihachi and mother Hanae. At the time of her birth she had a six year old brother named Akira. Her father was quite an important figure in a financial institute, so they lived in a quite comfortable situation in Niigata.
There were no worries nor care that needed any public attention, at least for the adults to be aware of. For now, you would think that Akira was just a bit over protective of his younger sister, but it was far from normal. What happened when they were playing behind closed doors aren't known, but it never caused any real damage.
At the age of 10, Neikan was almost attacked by a horridly mindless Hollow, but her brother, aged 16 had tried to save her from the invisible thing and got himself killed instead. She was utterly devastated that her protective brother was killed so mysteriouslyby the invisible force. She had become slightly withdrawn over the death, and took to carrying around a male doll, in which at one time she called brother. Two years past and the family relocated to Okumichi, where her father took over as head of the branch located there.
Since her brother's death she changed her look, and her personality changed. It wasn't fully influenced by her though, because being jolted to a new area she came upon her first plus. A German Man, looking to be about 27 in age, but one could never tell how old he really was. His name he told her was Louis Weiss. A rather well made up man; he only off-stretched himself to be of any help of comfort. He seemed rather kind and obstainly so. She never quite understood what he was as he stayed around with the poor child...a suggestive man with suggestive ideas, most of which seemed to appeal to the young girl. He helped her to become the lovely doll she looks like in her current age. Normalcy of her change would have been if it were not for the fact that she seemed to be publicly speaking to a figment of her wounded imagination (at least that's how her parents saw it as). Speaking to no one but in the likes of someone else. Personal outcry from her mother resulted in some punishment. When the punishments didn't do anything they just hid her away from public outreach.
She was 14 when she was diagnosed with an early onset schizophrenia NOS for her odd behavior...it was the only thing that could have been described as a reasoning to her behavior and actions. It was devastating to Neikan that she was being told what she was talking to, experiencing was not real and only part of her illness. Louis did all he could (and knew) to tell Neikan about how they are just lying to her..."they knew nothing" was the only reasoning he could give.
The next two years of her life were her being forced to shove antipsychotics and various other prescribed medication to control her nonsensical-ness down her throat. None of which got rid of anything but make her more compliant, like a doll. The poor girl suffered through side effects of all the medication, Louis there by her side to comfort the girl. After what seemed like a stable period, she had been allowed out of the seclusion and Tudors of her home and back to school.
Combat
Strengths
Knife: She may look like she does, but she knows how to stab with the very vintage knife. Basic offensive defense with the knife, thanks to the Plus, Louis', help.
Innocent like a Doll: Looking as she does, does have it's benefits at times. She looks rather harmless and for the most part feels that she wouldn't be bothered.
Weaknesses
Innocent like a Doll: She's not the violent or really responsive type (which is especially true when she's on her unnecessary medication). She also appears dainty and like a child., which leads others to try and manipulate her.
