Appearance
Motti, as a result of her origin as a moth Hollow, dresses and styles her hair much like that of the insect itself. She wears a tight fitting, fur trimmed vest that has sleeves coming down to her elbows, as well as furry mittens secured to her wrists with belts. Her fur skirt is of a dangerously low cut; whether she shaves or is natural is a secret. She also wears thigh-high, fur leg warmers. Her feet are bare at all times. Motti's Hollow hole is hidden behind her tight vest; it is small and just below her bosom. Her blonde hair is unkempt and wild, and her mask fragment protrudes from her head in the form of antennae. Her eyes are a pretty violet, and they are wide and filled with excitement. Motti's zanpakutō takes the form of a hooked whip.
Personality
Motti is a very playful woman by nature. She is outgoing and open minded, but should not be seen as friendly. Though she appears approachable to some extent, Motti is actually quite malicious. This is especially evident in her weapon; the hook at the end is specially designed to rip flesh from the body. She can be quite sadistic as she enjoys the physical pain she can inflict on others.
Being a moth, one of her most unusual traits is her voracious appetite for cloth and fabric. Though she can gain nourishment from eating souls, Motti chooses to instead eat copious amounts of clothing. The reishi structure composing them is enough to satiate her and gives her more nourishment than entire souls would. Motti absolutely loves to eat various textiles, and combined with her sadistic nature, especially right off of her opponents. Her favorite by far is silk; this includes everything from shihakusho (which is like cake for her) to women's undergarments. Motti delights in eating cotton, as it is an important part of her diet, and fills her tummy nicely. She dislikes most other plant textiles; they are very healthy and nutritious for her, but like vegetables, not very tasty. As with silk, she delights in eating most any animal textile, including wool, hair (it should be noted that she does not typically like hair from humanoids), and fur. Motti tries to avoid eating synthetic textiles such as polyester, as these are mostly empty calories, however, she will eat them if they are part of her opponent's clothes just for fun. Motti is unable to consume mineral textiles.
Motti is not a shy girl; she openly flirts with women she finds attractive, but has no interest in men at all. Age means nothing to her, as long as the person is attractive. Speaking of attraction, Motti is also easily distracted by bright light sources, and if not paying attention, can easily become mesmerized and confused by them. This is easily her greatest weakness.
As an Exequias, she is keen to punish those who try to betray La Imperio del Hueco. Motti is very good at her job, employing her power like a sadistic dominatrix.
History
Motti Cullocci was not born in the natural way. She is, in fact, the end result of a congregation of intermingling feelings of malice. From the nightmares of madmen, the fear of death propagated in the skies of Europe since the first appearances of the Bubonic Plague. The radical disease created much fear and hysteria in the cities of the known world, and over time, with each outbreak, all of the negative energy and emotions from the terror of death collided together and eventually gave rise to a Hollow not known by any codename; for identification purposes, she was dubbed "She-Who-Plays-With-Food," by the Soul Society. As a Hollow, she took the form of a large moth. Though not clearly defined by a specific species, she greatly resembled a cross between a Death's-Head Hawkmoth and a common Clothing Moth. Her powers were frightful to those who could see her. They manifested in a swarm of carrion moths that were a part of her body. Each of these moths could help to consume other Hollows, and this power quickly resulted in her ascension to the Menos level. Like the Clothing Moths she resembled, the Hollow found herself developing a strong taste for clothing of any sort. She caused substantial damage to the textile factories of Europe, costing business greatly from time to time, though the phenomenon was merely passed off as being a natural disaster.
She-Who-Plays-With-Food eventually found herself in the Forest of Menos after she had grown substantially powerful. With her malevolent powers, she swarmed the dwelling like a devouring plague and consumed numerous other Adjuchas. Like all Hollows, she feared returning to the mindless state of a Gillian, and sought to consume all in her path and become a Vasto Lorde. However, once she reached a certain plateau in power, she found herself becoming full and satiated. She was unable to reach Vasto Lorde, but she found a different way to stop her evolutionary problems; she could remove her mask and gain Shinigami-like powers.
Upon removing her mask, the newly created Arrancar took the name Motti Cullocci and aligned herself with La Imperio Del Hueco for the purpose of creating more opportunities to devour clothing and do sadistic things. Motti joined the Exequias, but often found herself traveling to the mortal realm anyway to hunt for Shinigami, rather than play with dissenters. While there, she finally met her first few Shinigami as an Arrancar. Though Motti's Hollow form had eaten a few before, that was a time when she had not yet worried about eating cloth. During this miraculous fight, Motti decided to sample some of the clothing that the Black Robes wore. It was then that she learned of the delectable taste of the shihakusho. It was like a cake! She had to have more. Motti sought out as many Shinigami as she could afterwards, but eventually met her match when she tried to bite off more silk than she could chew.
It was a calm day when she stepped into the streets of Okumichi City for the first time in her life. Up until now, her power had seen no equal. Motti had grown overconfident. Lured by the rumors of Okumichi being one of the hottest Shinigami patrol zones, she had traveled to the city proper in order to taste more succulent shihakusho. Unbeknownst to her, the Seireitei had dispatched an assault team of Shinigami to deal with her once and for all. All was going fine until she was struck from behind with a jagged blade. One of the Shinigami present had a zanpakutō with a strange power. Even though she was an Adjuchas level Arrancar, she was reduced to near harmlessness when the weapon sapped almost all of her mobility and strength.
Upon returned to Hueco Mundo, and receiving quite a scolding, Motti was allowed to maintain her position as Exequias, on the condition that she rebuild her strength all over again. She realized that she had lost everything; including her ability to call out her former self. She would have to work her way up from the bottom rung once again.
Combat
Strengths
Chow Time - Motti loves to eat the clothes right off of her opponents. Depending on their modesty, this could provide her an advantage in battle.
Hook, Line, and Sinker - Motti's hook ended whip has a very long reach, affording her a tricky fighting style that may throw off her foes.
Devouring Plague - Motti's cute and flashy facade downplays her nature. She is born of a very malicious essence, and isn't afraid to use her looks to her advantage.
Weaknesses
Like a Moth to Flame - Motti's greatest weakness is her near irresistible attraction to bright light sources. This, of course, has negative implications in the line of kidō and open flames. Though she can control herself if her life depends on it, she is easily distracted if unfocused.
She Who Plays With Food - Motti is a very sadistic person when she wants to be. The more she gets into a battle, the more she will hold off on actually trying to kill her foe and making pain last as long as she can.
