Lady Luck is Jessica Flatley's fullbring. Jessica's Card Deck has a large H on the back of the deck. This state is her only truly offensive state. It grants her telekinetic control of her cards for a short period of time.

Fullbring Abilities

Jessica's cards can be telekinetically released. Or at least, the one's she still has in her deck that are not buffing others. They work as very weak Reiatsu coated objects that can be used to attack or defend. Their attack is extensively weak, feeling more akin to a pinch than an actual attack. Jessica CANNOT move while this state is in effect.
Control Speed :: 50 Feet Per Second
Strengths
Offensive State – Unlike her buffs, this is her mainly offensive state.
Weaknesses
Stay there – Jessica can't move while using this state, it requires massive concentration of all five of her minds.
Weak – Jessica's offensive state, is weak and deals very little damage.
