Kotsuzui Kakusei is Akiyama Ada's fullbring.
Kotsuzui Kakusei does not effect Ada physically or spiritually in any great way. However, the power poured into her spiritual medium affects the medium(s) drastically.
The default animal, one that Ada keeps with her at almost all times, is a small cat. About the size of a basketball when curled up, this small, white, Norwegian forest cat was the runt of the litter. Never adopted from the Akiyama pet shop, Ada herself keeps it as one of her own pets. In this same fashion, only animals which Ada has a particular connection with (those with established bonds as pets, or 'friends') can benefit from her fullbring's ability.
Fullbring Abilities
In short, the power of Kotsuzui Kakusei allows Ada to bring for the full potential of animals, by using them as spiritual mediums. The preform in the same way a non-living item would; By bonding her ideas and spiritual energy with the lesser soul, her power manifests through it, causing it to transform into a more powerful, fearsome creature. In the same fashion, Ada uses these creatures to defend herself with in battle, rather than fight for her own sake.
In this default application of the power, when 'awakened' by Ada's fullbring, the small kitty transforms in a ball of light into an enormous, powerful white feline, still holding resemblance to it's former state. On all fours, it is easily 4 feet tall, with longer claws and teeth. Despite it's newfound power and aggression, the cat is still infallibly loyal to Ada in this form, and would roll over for her amusement in a heartbeat.
The power of Kotsuzui Kakusei is not that it increases Ada's strength, but the animal used as her medium. Thus, the creature becomes capable of defending both itself and Ada, on par with that of the first tier of all other classes. Because the animal is used as a medium, Ada and the animal share a spiritual and mental bond; In a sense, she is capable of 'talking' to the animals, to further increase efficiency in battle. If defeated in battle, the creature reverts to it's previous form in order to recuperate from strenuous battling. The beauty of Kotsuzui Kakusei is that the animal effected does not lose it's individuality in the process; It remains capable of thinking for itself, and thus is able to fight without being forced to by Ada's will.
Strengths
Spirit bond - Because Ada and her animal medium of choice share a bond on a spiritual level, she and the animal are capable of communicating with one another mentally.
Individual action - Ada does not have to will the animals into combat; They are capable of fighting on their own, while Ada tends to other matters.
Weaknesses
Long recovery - A single animal can only be used once a thread. The ability also requires that Ada shares some form of already established bond with the creature in order for them to benefit. Thus, if Ada only has one animal with her, then she can only use her power once.
No additional powers - While the fullbring increases the power of her animals, Ada herself is not further empowered.
