Kokuu Hoshi
From Inga no Kusari wiki
Kokuu Hoshi is Suzumebachi Yuuzora's cross.
Kokuu Hoshi (Void Star) has been heavily modified from its original state. The original jet black cross has been removed from the chain and used as the core of Yuuzora's Sanrei Glove, as instructed by the tome left behind by her mentor Alfonse. It was constructed from black, spirit synthesized cloth, and takes the form of a small glove with the finger holes opened at the second knuckle. There is a dark gray metal bracelet that conforms to the contours of the wrist, with four spirit receptacles spaced evenly around it. The glove also has a traditional white Quincy cross emblazoned on the back, with Yuuzora's original Kokuu sewn in. As for the bow itself, Kokuu Hoshi now forms a bow from the glove that is solidified, a testament to her growing power. It is still as tall as she is, but is now a long sleek midnight color, reflecting little to no light. It takes the shape of a black, four pointed star, with the two horizontal points much shorter than the points forming the bow. The center is empty space, but it is capable of floating around Yuuzora's wrist. The normal arrows it produces are long and thin, but rather than shining, they are voids of darkness, appearing to pull in the light rather than emit it. In addition, they are slightly thicker now.

Powers and abilities
Hoshizora (Starry Sky)
Kokuu Hoshi is capable of forming 'normal' arrows much like those of the original bow. They are long, thin, and black like a void, and fire with tremendous force compared to other Quincy bows. When an arrow collides with any object, it explodes in a manner similar to a fragmentation grenade, creating a two meter in diameter reishi shard explosion. In exchange for highly destructive individual shots, Kokuu Hoshi can only be fired once every three seconds, so the rate of refire is much lower than average. In addition, the arrows take slightly longer to form than most.
Odosu no Sawaru (Menacing Touch)
Kokuu Hoshi's true ability lies in its power to further condense gathered reishi. Inherited from its core cross, this property allows Yuuzora to generate a monstrously strong and fast arrow, capable of immense destructive power. The process consists of Yuuzora gathering a large amount of reishi which takes an entire post without firing to charge. Any arrow fired before Odosu no Sawaru is completely charged will cause the gathered energy to disperse and a mere normal arrow to fire. If any arrows have been fired before the charging begins within the same post, the charge time will spill over into the next post cycle. Once fully charged, the arrow takes on the form of a completely solid projectile with a long, coal-colored shaft, and a twisted arrowhead. It is then fired at her target, where upon burying firmly in her victim or any solid object, it detonates in an unusual fashion. Long, four meter, black spikes of solid reishi (resembling a sea urchin with fewer, but thicker spikes) explode outward from the arrow, concentrating its explosive power into points to allow for greater piercing power. This ensures that most direct hits are deadly, and even blocked or shallow hits can be extremely dangerous. Consequently, Yuuzora is robbed of the ability to manipulate reishi for two post cycles following the shot, preventing her from forming a bow, using Hirenkyaku, Tokukonki, or even Heiyumaku.
Strengths
Kokuu Hoshi has a much higher than average shot strength, and in the case of its special arrow, Odosu no Sawaru, one very deadly attack every so often. Its offensive ability is its greatest asset, while also being its greatest weakness.
Weaknesses
Kokuu sacrifices refire speed for strength. Though the individual arrows are very strong, and by extension, very fast on their own, their rate of refire is poor compared to most other bows. Its primary finishing move also places harsh consequences on Yuuzora, locking her out of any abilities requiring her to manipulate reishi for two entire post cycles, leaving her virtually defenseless save for the use of Seele Schneider or Ginto.
