Appearance
21 muscular and humanly attractive no scars preserved long red hair dyed it from blue after it got longer, red eyes was my birth color but wore contacts.
Personality
Koga is a fierce fighter and very dangerous when agitated. He becomes homicidal when his life, or family and friends are threatened. He only fights when there is no other initiative. He’s very funny and intelligent. Good at analyzing a situation and gaining the upper hand in a tight spot. He likes interesting talks with females. He spends most of his time reading since he came to soul society. Koga is very good at befriending piers at first conversation if they are interesting. He bares the shame of not seeing his clan live in peace.
History
Born in Japan, Koga Gennosuke was raised with his uncle a noble’s land tender. His mother and farther was killed by a knight of the emperor’s guard when he was 5 yrs old but before they died they always had the plan to send him with his uncle to learn a trade. He was a very bright boy full of potential his uncle use to say. He was fascinated with swords and the samurai he used to see at the merchant dock at witch he used to buy fish. He’d always dreamed of following the way of bushido and going on a journey to get stronger. As he was walking home one day he was stopped by this beautiful young lady, she was walking with two swords in her back. She asked how would you like to have me teach you the way of the sword. So she told him that he would have to do everything she said, no matter how hard it gets because when he is finished it would pay off. Koga agreed. She told him to meet her in the fields next to the noble’s house every day.
So for the next 3 years he was taught the way of the samurai and the true art of the sword. He was given his own wooden sword to practice with at the age of 11. At the age of 13 he was aloud to make his own sword. His sword was made out of Chinese steal folded 100 times and had crushed diamond so it would be durable. He became skilled in the art, and wanted to be the best. So at age sixteen he was put to the test he and the young lady now older had to take a ship to start a journey. By this time his uncle was dead and had to live on his own. The woman took him in and gave him a sanctuary of practice and safety. So thus he agreed. At sundown he was due to prove him self. So as they prep for their battle they sharpened their swords anxiety filled the air and they both were excited. Cooled by the night air and the scenery, they were ready. The walked normally to the dock and slowly crept up to one of the ships.
They climbed aboard there was a guard by the cannon on deck near the sail he looked it to the dark depths of the sea and was not paying attention to Koga. He slowly crept behind the guard and with a slash tore a gash in the guard’s neck. As they sheathed their swords they were surprised to see three guards sitting playing cards below. Saleen his mentor gave a cheer that woke the drunken guards up from their seats and at the same moment the rose they were smitten down on the spot. She was quick at drawing her sword with grace and lethal skill. After that easy battle they left, and set sail into the night sky. They started their journey into the east and traveled allover putting their skills to the test with every opposing opponent. As the years went by Saleen grew old and Koga grew stronger and wise. Learning to analyze while in combat also given the nickname jinxx, for he was bad luck to anyone who encountered him.
He grew to be known all over the seas. As he reached man hood {19 yrs old}Saleen had died and he was sailing by himself now he learned much from Saleen and always knew the ways of women and was taught to respect any warrior no matter what sex. Given this knowledge he went out to get stronger. Searching for a worthy opponent he was in a battle he was hit with a poison dart and grew very Ill. But learning the practice oh healing he maid a cure and grew well. He then gets into this battle with Odawa of the Iga clan and was forced to use his technique to defend himself. The two opponents gathered their strength and they went at it with full force and piercing malice. Their swords clashed and at the first strike Koga knew who would be victorious. Because Odawa was all about blood lust and had no power behind his swings. So his strike was weak and his sword was easily broken.
Shocked by this he did not see Koga coming with a blow to send him back and Odawa was given a warning. A permanent scar was placed on his chest after that fight. Having no chance he bowed out gracefully. As Koga goes on through out his journey he encounters this warrior who’s name is Tavon and been enemies ever since. On his passage through the china currents, he is taken on as an apprentice of a monk to learn the teachings of Buddha, and all the skills entitled to a monk he was a very fast learner in the art of kung fu. Living on the Monastery for 6 yrs he was sent on his way. His training was finished. He then started his voyage again but this time with another motive. Helping people came with a great reward, but the consequences were grave. He would have to watch people die some times.
Koga then formed his own school to teach willing students kung fu. So he became a great teacher and legend for his brave acts. Tournaments were held in his name to test each martial artist with skill and talent. So in the month of springs youth there was a tournament being held and Koga entered willing to show his skill, and growing bored of the teaching life. He entered the tournament building and gave a sigh of anxiety but yet of excitement. He knew today was a day of glorious fun. His first match started his opponent was Ling Meh who was skilled in the art of the black dragon. And put up quite a fight blows were going back and forth. As the climax of the battle was coming to an end Koga leapt into the air and delivered a heaven kick of pain to his opponent and the match was over.
As the tournament moved to the next battle Koga was getting a strange feeling and when out side to get some air he felt a strange presence near the building he drew his sword and stood by for the right moment. There behind him stood a hollow who’s eyes were red with the strain of distraught on his face, and the twisted body of a serpent. Koga never seen such a thing before, fear crept all over his body and he was frozen. Stunned and unable to move the beast moved closer and by the time Koga could react his body took over with one foul swoop the beast head was cut of the battle was finished. Torn apart emotionally by what just happened he was about to for fit the tournament the monster came back with two more heads and lunged at Gennosuke with the fierceness of a snake and Koga was caught off guard and lost an arm but before he died from loss of blood. He managed to plunge his sword in the hollows hole below his chest. He was not able to see the out come of his effort because he was already done in. it was his time to leave the earth. Koga found himself waking up in the soul society walking amongst other souls. Frightened he began to ask questions to the other souls and a woman came to him and assured him that every thing was going to be ok and told him about soul society.
During his stay in soul society he was attending school in the shinigami academy he started learning new techniques and about his spiritual energy, Something like Buddhism but on a larger scale. He is currently learning kidō, and hakuda martial arts in the soul society. He was also learning new skills with his sword called Zanjutsu an making plenty friends, especially Yuu Hokaku. Given the time and place he was training every day to be come top of his class and will very soon, hopefully.he had gained the respect of so many because of his calm exterior.
