Kimishima is Kichiro Yuki Akio's Zanpakutō.

Spirit Description
Kimishima is an intelligent warrior, who likes perfection and hates to fail. He is always willing to learn and to become stronger. Has a strong sense of things and will understand things more that others. Hates to be disrespected by anyone and will fight if he haves to or was disrespected, knows when to retreat if he have to. More of a knight/Guardian Angel in his own mind and will protect others. Kimishima has a strict, helpful, do what’s best, type of attitude which really helps Akio.
Shikai
Release Command: Anil Basset Amon.
The hilt of the sword starts to become engulfed in a swirling cold mist of snow almost instantaneously as it encompassed the blade completely revealing a Glacier blue blade.
Shikai Abilities
Soshi Seichuu (Elemental Control)
With the release of his Shi Kai, the temperature in the area drops rapidly. It allows Akio to create and control the elements of ice with his mind. He is able to use his own reiatsu to create ice or change the water molecules into ice. This ability is versatile in use as it can be used offensive and defensive and can control the ice in any various way he may chose. He can create a barrier/shield which is extremely strong (as it uses reaitsu to reinforce it) in quick situations when he wouldn’t be able to swing his sword to create the barrier/shield. The barrier is created when he calls for it (BARRIER) or wills it; it has a maximum radius of 10 meters in length and is form in a complete sphere. Water molecules are turned to ice and compacted together in the shape of a sphere. It is quite strong as the thickness of the barrier can range from 1 meter to 3 meters and effectively making it impenetrable by attacks up to 2x his reiatsu Points.
When creating any structure up to 10 meter x 10 meter x 10 meters, it’s virtually instantaneous, anything larger will take some time to form and compact together. Akio is able to create simple structures to complex ones, the more complex the structure the more concentration and depending how large, the longer it will take to form. After formation Akio give commands mentally to his creations and ice elements and only maintain there shape as long as Akio himself has reiatsu in his body. The strength and speed of his Shikai is 0.70x his reiatsu points and movement points.[Rounded Up]
A minor ability is that Akio can summon wings by thought and it gives him the ability of flight. They are 6 wings on each side made of Reiatsu and ice particles that and give off a blue hue. His speed when flying is 1.05 times his speed when running, and is only active when he is flying using the wings, and not for any other kind of movement (e.g. flashsteps, longsteps, etc).
Strengths
Akio Shi Kai allows him to have no limit to the amount of ice it can create due to the he can create ice using his own reiatsu and also he can convert water molecules around him as well to make ice if needed.
Barrier/shield when created can’t be seen into by outsider so the target has no clue of what is going on inside although Akio can see through to the outside clearly. Barrier/shield can withstand attacks that aren't more than double his reiastu points.
Immunity to his own Ice Element.
Weaknesses
Requires more focus to create ice from the water molecules than using own reiatsu, as well as it’s a little more taxing on him when he creates the barrier/shield without swinging his sword.
Abilities are limited by his reiatsu points and his will to endure. Also must be conscious to control that ability.
Since Akio's abilities are ice based, they are slightly vulnerable to heat based attacks. With heat based opponents at 1.10x his reiatsu point his attacks will be weaken by 0.10%.[Rounded Down]
Bankai
Wakatta Kimishima
Upon calling Bankai, Akio's clothing changes as he becomes engulfed in a swirling mist of snow as well as his Zankaputou. The temperature drops drastically, snow clouds form above head and a blizzard begins undisturbed by anyone attempts (meaning it can’t be nullified) that stretches for miles. The Newly formed Zanpakutō is red and gold and he is bestowed with a shield that appears on his left arm when he calls for it and his attire also undergoes a change.
Bankai Abilities
Zengaku Soshi Seichuu (Total Elemental Control)
Zengaku Soshi Seichuu is a stronger version to Akio’s Shi Kai, the basics are pretty much the same as his ShiKai. Now he is able to control his ability more swiftly, his attacks increase in strength, speed and he has a stronger grasp on his powers gaining complete control. He can sense anything that comes in contact with his snow and creations are now created in less time and double in size. Now the stats of this particular skill in BanKai are 0.90x his Reiatsu & Movement points.[Rounded Up]
Fubuki Ezoookami (Snow Wolf)
Akio summons wolves made of snow and ice. They appear to be regular white wolves that do what they are commanded to do, whether it is to protect, attack, evade, etc.
Akio is able to summon up to 25 wolves in a single post cycle with a max number of wolves present of the field at any given time equivalent to 10% of his Total Points. Each wolf has a speed and strength of 0.60x Akio’s Movement and Melee Points [Rounded Up]. When bitten or when someone comes in contact with the wolves they start to freeze and slowly become frost bitten. The area that comes in contact will be covered in a 2 inch layer of ice and can impede opponents movements.
Another part to this ability allows a set number of wolves to transform into a being similar to a werewolves when he says “Kasseikaenerugii”.(10 werewolves max in a single creation setting and gains one more werewolf for every 150 Total Points he has). These wolves are given their commands mentally not to inform the opponent of their objectives. Once werewolves, they now have the ability to make some judgments on their own while keeping a mental connection with him.
This can be used once for every 200 Reiatsu points he has and their strength is equivalent to his Melee points and speed is 0.90x his Movement Points [Rounded Up].
Once in werewolf form they can perform a single shot move and once used the werewolf performing it is no more. When in close proximity of a target they can sacrifice themselves by forcing their being to erupt outward in a mist of ice. (No regeneration for this werewolf and once gone, it’s gone until the Bankai is released. Eg. He can create 10 werewolves, if 5 use this technique and he tries to create another 10 he will only be able to muster up 5). Now the mist isn’t just that, but a super cold mist that completely ensnares anyone caught in a 5 meter radius in a solid icicle. (1.5x reiatsu points needed to escape with great damage)
All his wolves/werewolves have a distinct ability of fusing with snow and ice and reappearing in different locations.
Akio can summon wings by thought and it gives him the ability of flight. They are 8 wings on each side made of Reiatsu and ice particles that and give off a blue hue and branch off more with longer wings than while in ShiKai. His speed when flying is 1.25 times his speed when running, and is only active when he is flying using the wings, and not for any other kind of movement (e.g. flashsteps, longsteps, etc).
Strengths
Fubuki ezoookami (Snow Wolf): If partially destroyed or a limb severed, it automatically regenerates which uses extra reiatsu from Akio.
Wolves can use their distinct ability of fusing with snow and ice and can teleport all over this area to complete their missions as long as snow is available to them.
Immunity to his cold and resistance to the Ice Element.
Weaknesses
Fubuki ezoookami (Snow Wolf): When the Snow Wolves receives a heavy blow they maybe destroyed but with automatic regeneration it can be taxing on Akio.
Only way to stop the Snow Wolves from regenerating is to discontinue the skill or if the werewolf form uses its single shot move.
Since Akio's abilities are ice based, they are slightly vulnerable to heat based attacks. With heat based opponents at 1.15x [rounded down] his reiatsu point his attacks will be weaken by 0.05%.
