Appearance
Blueish grey eyes and long black hair that goes down mid- back and held in place by a simple ponytail. She wears a white tank top under a white t-shirt with a light blue jacket thrown on. She wears a white layered skirt that goes down all the way to her ankles, and a secret pair of white spandex shorts underneath. She also wears traditional tobi and sandles. On rainy days she will wear traditional geta. (wooden clogs)
Personality
Keiko is best known for a few things. The top three are: running, her clothes, and her fierce loyalty to those she trusts.
Keiko is a nice girl, really she is. It's just that sometimes it's hard to find someone to relate to, at least her own age. She talks great with adults and loves being around children (who aren't complete brats)she just won't associate with many of her own age with out prompting or unless they've got something in common. But with keiko's personality, that would be rare.
Keiko has not told anybody, but she feels like her mind is older than her body. She uses t'ai chi as a daily part of her life and will often meditate, or just sit back and enjoy little quiet moments in life.
keiko would not usually hurt a fly. Though..she has been known to try and catch them with chopsticks,as she heard once that if you can catch a fly with chopsticks, you can do anything. She has no problem eating meat. When it comes t those she trusts, or even innocents and strangers she don't know...she could easily give up her life.
It's not that she doesn't value her own life or anything, it's just the way she is..she doesn't like seeing the people getting picked on, though sometimes she'll just stand nearby to see if the person will defend themselves or not. If not, she'll gladly step in to stop the harassment; and if the person is out numbered, she won't even stop to see if the person would stand up for themselves...she'll step right, because outnumbering someone in a fight can sometimes really piss her off.
History
Keiko had always been a quiet girl. She refused to talk to anybody unless spoken to first. She was either considered shy or stuck up. As a kid, she didn't have many friends and even growing up, it did not change. In fact her friends growing up decreased. Evenutally her parents decided to move from Osaka. This was when she was 12 years old.
When she arrived in her new house, she immediately hated her room. She hated it even more when it was night time. She could swear she felt something, and it gave her the creeps. keiko even told her parents who thought it was just a fear of change. They assured her nothing was there.
Still there was that creepy feeling. She told her parents again and again they assured her nothing was there, this time they bought her a night light. keiko finally went to sleep that night but only because she hasn't slept for days, but when she woke up.. she once again was surrounded by that feeling.
The third time she told her parents, they became annoyed with her and scolded her for being so scared, after all she was a big girl now. Further more, she had gone to sleep and nothing happened to her, so there was no need to fear anything. She slept in her room for a month after that, reminding her self everynight it was just her imagination and that nothing wanted to hurt her.
one night the feeling got worst. As soon as she stepped into her room, she was overcome by a sense of fear that there was no room for thought. There was no time to remind herself that nothing was there. She just started running. And she ran to the dining room, where her parents were, chatting.
When they asked her what was wrong, she considered telling them but instead she told them she was going for a run. And she ran out of the house and through the crowds of people on the sidewalks, and around the parks and all over the place. That was her first run, and she went on many more after that. Sometimes she'd go everyday for a month!
Eventually she began to notice she got the same feelings outside her house too. By now she was well known for running around town, so it didn't stick out much if she just started to run from a new one of those feelings. The only thing different about the feelings outside her house and the one inside her room, was that eventually another, different feeling came, just before the feeling of fear would stop.
Combat
Strengths
Speed: All that running's improved her speed greatly. So much that she might just be able to set a record. T'ai chi aso seemed to help, so she has speed in her arms too and not just her legs.
Dexterity: When keiko runs, sometimes she literally runs into a crowd. And when you run into a crowd you better be able to adapt quickly. Dexterity is the ability to move quickly and easily. (just because..i used to ask so much what it ment it's ridiculous)
Resourcefulness: keiko, though a quiet girl has actually gotten into many fights, and many fights have been awkward with her having no obvious weapons around. This has made keiko see nearly everything as a valuable tool/weapon if used right.
Weaknesses
Strength: keiko isn't the strongest person out there >.> she kinda..traded that for speed and dexterity.
Mortal: Unfortunately, she is also only human and one of these days, she's going to wind up putting herself in danger on account of another, for one last time.
