Appearance

This strapping young patrolman stands at a fair height of six feet and an inch. He has sea green eyes and gray hair which normally hangs over his face in split ends. He has an average white skin tone, an elegant neck as well as long elegant fingers which he often clenches tightly around the stippled wood of his revolver. He has a twelve inch tattoo of an dragon spiraling around his right arm, beginning at his shoulder then ending at his elbow.

On Duty: While on patrol, Izuki wears the average Japanese patrolman outfit.Around his waist he wears a leather utility belt clipped to that is a nightstick, a flash light, and a holster with his revolver inside.

Off Duty: he wears a short sleeved white t-shirt which stops at his waist. Over this he wears a black light weighed jacket . Around his waist he wears a black, leather holster with a chrome revolver strapped snug tight inside. He also wears a pair of black fitted jeans and macthing black tennis shoes.

Personality

Izuki was naturally born as the impressively neat and orderly person he is today. Call it OCD, but everything in his life has to be precise, strictly clean, and either early or on time. He lives each day by a strict, daily routine; he wakes up at precisely seven in morning, folds his bed neatly, and then places each pillow side by side. He’s nothing too special, just less of a barbaric man and more of a cleanly gentleman. He’s very charming and awfully nice at first impression; however, don’t let his beautiful exterior fool you he can be a bit rough around the edges if the occasion calls for it. He has an inability to understanding terrorism prevention. The subject was never his forte while in the academy. It’s something he hopes that he'll never have to do. Advanced form filling is another thing that he despises; it’s not that he can’t do it. He just simply prefers writing short tickets and reports rather than advanced forms.

As said before Izuki lives by a strict schedule, he patrols the city of Okumichi for nearly three hours, stops for lunch, and then continues to patrol. He reaches his targeted ticket and report amount every week and is never by any chance late. He has perfect leader ship capabilities, due to the simple fact that he often watched his oldest brother boss around his other brothers. He unintentionally adopted this trait and may find himself instructing his co-workers throughout the day. He also has a strong sense of logic; he may see or hear a thing or two, but has a hard time believing what is illogical.

History

Izuki Momochi was born the youngest of five very diverse boys. His mother died while giving birth, and his father vanished shortly after this incident. Till this day, other than photographs and his brother’s physical descriptions, he has yet to really know what either look like. Abandoned, the Momochi brothers were able to manage on their own. The oldest of the five brothers held down a great job and earned more than enough money to support himself as well as his younger brothers. He was seen as more of a father figure to his younger brothers, always ending disputes with a final word and always attending each one of their extracurricular activities for moral support. His methods were tough rather than reasonable, but he did whatever he could to keep his brothers in line.

As for the younger brothers, they were naturally given various personality types. For eample, the second born, was the most clumsy and forgetful of them all. He had horrible study habits and graduated from school with the lowest test scores imaginablw. The third and fourth born were a pair of compatible twins who shared the same bad boy traits. They often argued with the other brothers and did things as a team. Unfortunately, they dropped out of high school and decided to sell stolen products for a living.

When it came down to Izuki, his characteristics outstood from a majority of his brothers. The oldest saw this and encouraged it over the years. He would do small things to contribute here and there. For example,Izuki would do things like go to sleep early, and so every night his oldest brother would tuck him in. If he’d pull good grades in school, he would be given a reasonable allowance.

By age of fifteen, Izuki decided that joining the police force was his best choice. Although he qualified for plenty other occupations, the police force seemed much more interesting than anything else he’d ever seen. He didn’t know whether it was being able to hold a weapon, which was very rare in Japan. Or striking down perpetrators, but the mere thought of joining and wearing a uniform was overwhelming.

At seventeen Izuki graduated from high school, he decided to wait a while before enrolling, he wanted to have his own source of income rather than depending on his older brother like his other brothers had. Quickly he got on the prowl for a well paying job. It wasn’t long before he got a job as a butcher’s assistant at the local deli, a spot around the corner from his house. There, he worked nine to five for a good few years. His tasks were chopping, grinding and cleaning the meat that rested in his quarters. His boss was a middle aged man, first son of a war veteran and an upstanding guy. After some time he and Izuki became very well acquainted, some nights he’d have an appointment or some sort of business to attend to, so he’d let Izuki close up by himself.

One night Izuki’s boss had business to attend to. Thirty minutes before he left, he explained to Izuki his situation and asked him to close up for the night. Izuki being the kind kid he was didn’t mind at all. He watched his boss walk out of the door with his coat in hand, before cleaning up for a good hour or so. That night he washed down the countertops and stacked boxes until his bones ached. Exhausted, he grabbed his belongings and started for the door. Pausing half way to the door he remembered leaving the refrigerator door open. When he got to the back he was met by a tall thin man with pale white skin and an eerie glare in his eye. Startled, Izuki jumped backwards, moments later the man vanished into thin air before his very own eyes. Izuki never told anyone about the encounter and figured that what he saw was an illogical illusion.

By the time he reached nineteen, he had a steady income, and a plan to enroll into the academy that fall. After applying for the academy that spring he was proud to see that he’d been accepted that summer. To celebrate, all but the oldest brother, who had to work late, took Izuki for gambling and drinks. They got him drunk off the finest wine in Okumichi, and then took him around the city. While at a night club, one of the three brothers, the second oldest stumbled off down the street for a moment in drunken daze. He drifted into an alleyway, and was suddenly approached by a soul hungry hollow. Of course he couldn’t see it, but the sudden change in wind gave him the vibe that he wasn’t alone. Drunk and afraid the Momochi brother dropped his bottle and was prepared to turn and run. Unfortunately he was too slow, the hollow lifted him into the air and smashed him into a wall, thus crushing his chest and killing him instantly.

The death of one of the Momochi brothers threw them all into a state of depression. The simple fact that one of them was no longer part of their world hurt them all. Arguments grew intense and jobs were loss including Izuki’s job as an assistant at the Deli, he hardly showed up for work and the days he did his pace was very slow. After being fired, he would lock himself in his room, too depressed to see the others and too weak to argue. The oldest brother seemed to show close to no emotion proving to be the back bone of the family. He found time and spoke with Izuki in an inspirational way, telling him to hop back on track and continue to pursue his dream and so he did. That fall Izuki began school at the academy, but before he had he and the rest of his brothers got significant tattoos on their body as tribute to their brother.

The first few years of academy life, Izuki not only battled the challenging curriculum of the police academy, but he also fought battles against his brothers at home. It wasn’t hard to sense that his slow rising success was beginning to take its toll on the Momochi brother’s household. The oldest brother sensed this and moved his younger brother into a small condo near the southeastern area of Okumichi near the academy.

Twenty to Twenty- one Izuki was on his own, focusing a bit more on his studies, however; his focus was lost the moment the night at the butcher came back to haunt him. He’d see a man or a woman either in his room or in a mirror then they’d be gone. Eventually they stopped vanishing and he’d see them walking around town like normal people. He could always spot them out from the norms because they had a certain glow about them. This paranormal activity continued, and Izuki had no choice but to get use to it. At one point he drew the conclusion that what he was experiencing was illogical and actually started taking prescription medication, but that hadn’t seemed too help. If anything drugs were making his matters a bit worse. He found himself reading late at night to occupy his mind, and then falling asleep in class during the day. His grades dropped gradually but he still managed to graduate with the rest of his class.

Now twenty-two, Izuki is the same straight A kid he's always been the only difference being his occupation. Although too inexperienced for a squad car, he was given a serious of tools including his very own gun which excites him every time he sees it. He eventually learned to patch things up with his brothers and often goes out with the three of them on certain occasions. As for the voices and ghosts, he is currently learning to ignore them; however, he doesn’t know for how long.

Combat

Strengths

The patrolman academy taught Izuki the fundamentals of hand to hand combat and deductive reasoning. He is very dexterous with his hands and is quite the sprinter.

Weaknesses

Physically, his endurance is slightly off, and although he can run, he can’t for too long before growing tired. He's also very short sighted which is supported by his contacts.
