Appearance
Hiroshi is thin and short, about 5 feet and two inches. His body was obviously built for agility, with lithe limbs and a close-cut hairstyle.
Personality
Hiroshi is normally very carefree and always tries to look at the bright side of things. One might think he is too carefree because he doesn't always see something as threatening as it is. He even goes as far as acting younger then he really is. Seemingly random things make him angry and serious though it doesn't happen often. During this time he hardly feels pain.
When Hiroshi was young he created an alternate personality that takes all the bad memories he deals with. This other self has received the name "Akuma" and hates the "weak" one that can't deal with pain. During times of great stress when Hiroshi's will weakens Akuma can come out and do as he pleases, sometimes helping sometimes not. Akuma is very irritable and holds a grudge. His hatred for everything keeps him angry which fuels his strength and ability to ignore pain. Although he may be constantly angry it doesn't meen he is a bad person, as such he still refuses to hurt those that are undeserving of such pain. When the situation dies down he normally retreats and let's Hiroshi come back out. His appearance is changed when Akuma comes out, his eyes grow narrower, he constanty scowls and he gets a ice-like glare showing hatred.
History
Rukongai 10 was a rough place for Hiroshi. Living with just his mother was a task and a half but they managed it for quite a while. Hiroshi was always a good kid this most likely made things easier for his mother. Despite the fact that they lived on scraps Hiroshi was happy, until one evening when he was 80 he was forced to watch his mother get brutally murdered. This caused Hiroshi to defensively make another "him" that held all those memories with a new "him" starting fresh with no memories.
Hiroshi was found walking around district 15 with nothing but bloody clothes and a necklace with his name on it by a man that called himself Niten Dōraku. This man felt pity for him and took him in as his own. This is where he met his best friend Yoshihiro Kato who was several years older than him. They were both raised by this man who thought of them as sons. He taught them all sorts of things such as reading and writing as well as sword play. He was taught poetry and how to use multiple weapons as well as how to use two weapons at once.
When he reached the age of 174 Shiro was recruited by the shinigami because Hishiro wanted to bring a good name to his teacher, though strangely his mind didn't seem to really mature much during the past 94 years with his adoptive father. During his training to be a shinigami he got the nickname Akuma (Demon) because when he changed and did his random acts of violence he called himself that. Seemingly random things would set him off though the reality is that it was his "other" self trying to get through. During times of great stress his other side gets stronger and can take control. Other than this he graduated easily.
Combat
Strengths
1: Quick and agile on the battlefield
2: Has great reiatsu control
(Akuma) 1: He is still quick being built for speed.
2: He hardly feels pain and just keeps fighting.
3: Adrenaline is constantly pumping making him stronger then he normally would seem.
Weaknesses
1: He is too carefree and doesn't take many people seriously, this can cause him harm in fights.
2: He is fragile since he isn't built for endurance
(Akuma) 1: He is very destructive possibly attacking allies but only if he thinks they are trying to mess with him.
2: Although he can take pain easier it just meens he gets more careless, this could spell trouble in certain situations.
3: Although he doesn't get as drained from movement he isn't that great with reiatsu control.
