Harmony Contract is Haribou Gafuruu's fullbring.
When activated, Gafuruu begins to glow brightly, as if he were a mirrored surface that a torchlight is shining on. The light is white.

Fullbring Abilities
This ability requires one post to call up, and during that post he cannot activate any Glints or use his other State (because it requires his full concentration to activate); however, once activated, he can resume use of his other State and Items. This only occurs the first time he uses it in a thread; subsequent activations or deactivations can happen at will, but only one activation and/or deactivation per post (i.e. no strobing or rapidly turning it on and off).
The Suit
The first part of this ability creates an invisible protective suit around Gafuruu, though Gafuruu can make it visible if he wants to. The suit weighs about 5 kg, feels like heavy velvet to Gafuruu, and provides Gafuruu with protection: where the suit covers him, Gafuruu will take only half injury from attacks of 100 points or less. Gafuruu can control the suit. The suit consists of a long-sleeved hoodie, a pair of magician's gloves, track pants, and a pair of boots. Gafuruu can put on clothes over the suit, but cannot take the components of the suits off; when manifested, the suit always forms over whatever clothes Gafuruu was previously wearing. The suit is invisible; the glow is something of a byproduct in the reaction (something like reiatsu --> protection + glow).
The Headset
The second part of the ability manifests in the form of a pair of sunglasses and a headset (a pair of earphones, but no microphone); when put on, they allow Gafuruu to react to anything moving at up to three times his Movement, as if it were moving at his own Movement. Both sunglasses and headset must be worn for this ability to take effect; he can activate glasses or headset individually, but then they don't do anything except sit there and look cool. The sunglasses and headset are as hard as the protective suit, but are visible (and do not glow like the suit). His reactions increase, but not his own speed.
Strengths
Bright: Looking directly at Gafuruu is not recommended for those wishing to avoid having spots in their vision for awhile afterwards.
I Can See You!: Gafuruu gains increased reflexes while this State is active.
Not So Squishy: Gafuruu is afforded some level of protection against attacks that require skin contact to work, as well as protection against physical attacks.
Weaknesses
Visibility: Gafuruu's presence will always be glaringly obvious.
Facepalm: There is no protection for Gafuruu's face, and the headset and sunglasses are as breakable as the protective suit; essentially, any attack to his head that connects will either wound him or reduce his reaction rate.
Man, This is Heavy: Heavy velvet is heavy, and so Gafuruu's motion is reduced unless he controls the suit to move. In addition, he can't keep the suit on for very long, because it gets warm quickly and having to support the suit's weight gets tiring after awhile.
Still a Suit: He can tolerate up to maybe 2 G's of force before he passes out; it's not got face protection, too, so wind burn means he can't move at more than maybe 30 or 40 meters a second.
No Workaround: Controlling the suit makes it effectively weightless on him (it supports him then, rather than him supporting it), but also makes it gradually harden around him, which then limits mobility and makes it increasingly uncomfortable.
