Personality

Guili is a cruel and demonic individual but he is not so stupid to behave like this among those he needs or that are of value to him at the time or possibly some time in the future. He will toy with people, lead them to the conclusions he has discovered for himself already simply for the satisfaction he feels from knowing he has proven himself more intelligent. He revels in pain, both caused and that which he himself feels, looking at it as something to understand and learn. The world no longer concerns him only that he remains in it to become more informed, and to one day control all those beneath him like pigs for testing his ideas and experiments on.

History

Guili began life in a poor family, and from the get go he was the errand boy. As soon as he could walk and talk competently he was on the streets fetching things for his ungrateful parents, and with some teaching from his father picking pockets. In his younger years he would do this thinking of it as a game, and only the lack of support when he was put to death for his actions revealed to him the true nature of his parents and what they had made of him. His games were not games, but thievery and deceit. His parents had used him and when he had been caught had abandoned him to the merciless savagery of a drunken soldier on leave, no court no trial just the drunken rage of a bar patron who'd caught himself a thief.

Even now as he was being beaten to death with the nearest hunk of material the man had had at his disposal his father set him a glance, predatory and yet filled with the cowardice of a pathetic criminal, and disappeared into the crowd. Guili did not acknowledge the physical torment with a single shout, so hurt was he within by his betrayal. His father, his mother, and what seemed the entirety of the bars patrons that pooled out of the bar after them all watched as the soldier brought the thick glass bottle back and smashed it down on his head once, then twice, and finally after a flurry of blows elsewhere brought it swinging back around to crack and smash his skull. With that Giuli knew no more, or at least he should not have.

He awoke feeling empty within and grasped at his chest to find a chain holding him to the ground at his feet. A moment of joy and also panic shot through him as he considered his survival and yet imprisonment before his hand found where the chain latched to him. It was not bound to his wrists, to his waist or either foot. Leading up his chest he found it not attached to his neck by a collar, but directly to his chest and where it connected a strange sort of hole was present. Panic registered on his face for a moment, yanking at it with all his strength and succeeding in only causing himself a strange pain he had felt what seemed like only moments before. After minutes he gave up and looked to his surroundings to find them familiar. It was his fathers favorite spot to play his tricks, and abuse his sons innocent stupidity.

He felt anger rise in him and tried to lash out only to find that nothing moved from his flailing. He blacked out for many hours and when he awoke he found himself surrounded by a few crowds. Among those crowds darted a familiar presence, a sinister presence, a presence he was quite interested in choking to death. Giuli clawed and scratched at the ground trying to get to his father, pain ripping his insides apart and being simply pushed aside in his anger.

He took full hold of his chain and began to start tearing it centimeter by painful centimeter from his chest so he might get just an inch closer to his fathers ankle and pull him to him. His hands began to blister as they continually slid along the chain only for him to pull them back and take a grip at it's base once again and pull and finally the accursed chain came free and he found himself flying towards his fathers back just as he was grinning at some new item ill-gained.

His very soul felt on fire and yet he could hardly give it mind as he fell upon his father and slammed him to the ground. Terror filled his fathers eyes as large hands began to slowly crush him. All Giuli wished to happen to his father was happening and yet he felt a hunger for more as blood began to burst from his orifices. With gusto he opened his maw and bit into his fathers flesh before finishing it off in nothing more then a second gnash of massive teeth and a swallow.

Giuli was of course confused by his body and fled shortly after filling the void in him. He had huge hands, a hardened face that extended slightly outward like a dog, and a hole in his chest he could have ridden a horse cart through. He flexed his jaw and found it opened quite wide, unhinging so he could take in whole horses if he felt an urge to do so. He felt a need to wallow in anguish and rage, and yet overrode that with his insatiable hunger to fill the emptiness inside and for weeks he hunted souls, his mothers, the man who had beaten him to death, those individuals he could recognize as being there and doing nothing to save him from his fate. He did not really know if they had been there, did not know if they had been aware of what was happening and would have stopped it in the case that they were aware, but sought the need for reasoning behind these victims. His need for reason came from an innate guilt for his actions, guilt at eating these innocent people with as much worry as he'd felt when lifting valuables form their pockets only days or weeks before. As the weeks went on however he felt less and less need to reason himself into the feast but more need to reason why they didn't deserve to be in his belly and so those weeks turned to months and those turned to years.

He soon found he could venture between his own world and another, Las noches it was called according to those he met there. He once or twice ate them when they attacked first but found their flesh unappetizing and would never think to hunt them as his sustenance. He spent a century-and-a-half in the limbo of a hollow, several times encountering hollow and every new year returning to the human realm he found himself being astounded by the new creations and innovations of humans. Phones, automobiles, and in the end of the later century they had phones small enough to fit in the palm of a babies hand even.

He was astounding at this marvel of technology as he finished eating a young woman's soul, prodding it with his giant hand, as a shout rent the air and he threw himself aside as the blade of the shinigami struck sparks on the ground. Giuli backed away planning to run but found himself trapped by a beam of light that wrapped about his diaphragm and trapped his arms at his sides. The shinigami turned on him, revealing the trailing end of that yellow light coming from his fingers before it separated and completed the knot about Giuli. His balance lost Giuli collapsed to the ground kicking dust into the sky and crushing a vehicle beneath him.

He expected a quick end but the shinigami approached him slowly, circling around so he could be seen as he released his blade with an utterance of twilight, and the weapons formed about either of his hands as a black and white gauntlet. Slowly the shinigami approached grinning with a malevolence not even Giuli felt he'd ever had towards another. This was a shinigami who thought this was just a grand game and he was some kind of god over ants, and Giuli would make him pay for his arrogance. The man came close enough to spit on Giuli and laughed miming holding his hands like a man imprisoned and chained.

He taunted Guili and his situation and those taunts turned to screams of surprise terror and pain as Giuli's jaw snapped open, wider then the widest hollows maw he had ever seen. Giuli's jaws clamped down hard over the mans biceps and with a twist of his head he came away with the flesh and weapons and left the man with naught but a pair of stumps and the ability to fall back screaming. Giuli swallowed and with a surge of strength that ripped the yellow light from him.

He lashed out with his hand and for a moment balked to find the shinigami not go flying from the strike. Yet he knew he had swung, and knew his arms should have been long enough. Perplexed by his inability to crush the man with massive hands he held one to his face and balked at the human nature of it. Slender and pink, long yet powerful fingers wiggled at him before he clenched it into a powerful fist and disappeared into the wastelands of las noches to understand what had occurred that gave him what he took for a frail human body.

Once there, he came to know what had occurred and learned the name shinigamification for it. He had in some way broken away from his hollow mask, leaving but a remnant over part of his forehead and wrapping back around on ear like a leg from a pair of glasses. He was somewhat intrigued by his form, it was older then he had remembered himself but he could only barely remember his appearance so maybe he had been this old when he died. A hollow at one point approached him with an offer to follow him to where he belonged, and curious about his new body he he slew it with his single hand. It's mask literally exploded as his hand smashed into it and he seemed to not even notice a piece of the mask as it stabbed deep into his knuckle.

He glanced at it a moment before pulling the inches long shard from his knuckle and discarded it. He seemed intrigued by the hole stuck through his hand from knuckle to wrist but with only a moments more spent on his curiosity he took a look to the sand before him and began a slow trek to the the castle he saw in the distance, from which the steps of this hollow trailed. He enlisted in their ranks for the convenience, they knew what he wanted to know and offered that knowledge only if he joined with them.

His powers were a relative mystery to them but what he was and what he would one day be capable of was information they had for him, and he gladly accepted the offer, and joined the ranks of the Arrancar.

Combat

Strengths

Your a Monster - Guili is quite literally that shit you were scared of as a child, He understands pain but does not hamper himself with it as if he is able to simply shutdown the pain receptors from the harmed area.

Intelligent - He is highly intelligent and will begin o deduce what actions you will take based on what you have done before you even start planning them. This is not immediate, and he must study the person in question, and it is likewise not something applicable to a fight, but more to how you will form strategies and plan an assault, war, etc.

His power is Maximum - The odd nature of his hollow powers gives unlimited potential for his abilities, though realizing that potential is a nearly impossible task it exists a way for him to adapt to a situation and bring abilities to bear accordingly. A strength but a weakness all the same.

Weaknesses

I AM INVINCIBLE - The typical line of the bad guy before he loses, Giuli is at times overconfident in himself, and his ego can easily cause him to betray his own hatred for those around him or more of a plan to his enemy then he should have thus allowing them to foul it up.

Wasted Potential: While he can in the future, with extreme luck and effort wield powers he previously did not, he will never have as great a potential for any of them as a single arrancar would have for their single ressureccion.
