Fuerza is Naota Harahura's Mask.
Naota, besides the presence of the partial Hollow mask upon his face, does not undergo many physical changes. Save for the fact that his muscles appear rather toned and are extremely firmer than usual and his body takes a more slim appearance. Also one not too noticeable side-effect, is the more taint he becomes by his Hollow, the longer his hair extends akin to his Hollow counterpart.
The mask that Naota dons is a smooth mask with a oval ring hole encompassing the center of the mask. The ring's width is just wide enough to allow the eyes to peer outward.

Inner Hollow
Fuerza is as the name implies, a female Hollow. She appears in Naota's mind as a dark -skinned female with a modest bust size and lavish tyrian purple mess of hair. Her hair is a messy frizz of spikes that extend to just the nape of her neck. She sports a single long ponytail down her back which abruptly ends at her behind. Her eyes are a conniving and a dark yellow representing her Hollow taint.
Though this is Fuerza's basic appearance she never shows it to Naota directly unless under certain circumstances. She always appears in an ambiguous black cloak that hoods her face and shrouds her body. This way Naota is never sure if he's speaking to his ZanpakutÅ spirit or his inner Hollow due to the fact that they share a similar disguised voice.
Mask Personality
The color purple is a royal color; especially tyrian purple. Fuerza's personality reflects this as she believes it is her noble right to be a God or Empress. She only thinks of Naota to be her conduit to achieving this goal and she ushers him on with her scheming words and pompous attitude. She's sometimes cocky and pretty much Naota's polar opposite.
Fuerza is not a gentle soul and for an odd reason she distrusts other Hollow as well as Shinigami. She bides her faith in Naota and can oftentimes seem to be seducing the young businessman. She's a dangerous female with an agenda to rule mankind and spirit-kind alike.
Mask Ability
Actualiza: Fuerza's main ability is the ability of high speed regeneration. Simply put, at this stage when Naota dons his Hollow mask his minor wounds repair themselves in seconds.
The limits of this ability are that at this stage in control he can not bring back a lost limb or repair a broken bone. But he can mend deep gashes and cuts, repair fractures and halt any bleeding, external or internal as well as slowly repair it. Simply put, at this level it can keep him alive in a escalating fight.
Strengths
High speed regeneration? Who couldn't go without it. Though it's affects are minor for now but it is a great asset to be able to stop bleeding and heal gashes and fractures. It's abilities kick in instantly and pain from wounds fade to lesser level hindrance; fighting is less impaired.
Weaknesses
The wounds this ability heals are not healed instantly. Minor scratches take a full post, counting the activation post and larger more serious wounds like fractures and deep gashes take 2 posts. So he can't merely don his mask and then rip it off or wounds will open back up with a far greater tenacity.
The weakness of this ability is the drain it has on Naota's reiatsu to utilize this power. It's by no means an ability of immortality, when one runs low on reiatsu, it's affects die down and wounds will cease to heal. With a partial mask he can only maintain his mask for a short period of time so it only acts as a short adrenaline rush ignoring the pain and healing minor damage as it does not have enough time to heal more major wounds.
