Location and Compound
The fourth division headquarters lies in the middle of a large a broad road that allows casualties to be quickly brought in for treatment. It was rebuilt in 2007 by Captain Orinoko to be in the shape of a cross, representing the four disciplines of the division's medical branch: surgeons, physicians, field medics and diagnostic teams. The nearby buildings are almost all exclusively warehouses and logistics based. All the underground passages in Seireitei converge at the fourth division.
Duties
With a large medical complex in Seireitei, this division is trained to know how to heal their fallen comrades. While general medicine is most common, social and personal illnesses have specially trained counselors to fix these hardest problems. Tender and caring they are, but their knowledge of human and soul anatomy makes them difficult to overlook.
