Appearance
Demetri is tall everywhere he goes, standing at 6'3", with a frame to match. He keeps himself in shape, but doesn't try to get body builder bulk. His eyes are an aqua color, and shine with just the smallest amount of light. He keeps his hair short enough so he doesn't have to bother grooming it, but if he tries he could dress it up a bit as well. The strands itself are a brown with a natural blond frost on them, which are accented in the summer rays. Most of his clothing is in that odd casual-formal wear. While they are comfy and relaxed, he could still go semi-formal with them.
Personality
Demetri is a strong personality, and leaves little room in his mind for second guesses. His years as protector of Omsk has made him into a man of quick action and quicker arrows. When at home and with friends, he is quick to laugh, and keep laughing. Family is something that never leaves you, and you make sure that you always respect and honor your blood and flesh. He tries to do right not only by his Quincy Pride, but also the laws of the land.
History
Quinces spread across all of the world as the Church did as well. But, the vast lands of Russia where hard to cover and communicate across. So eventual it was passed father to son, mother to daughter. The exception being the largest of cities, which had proper Abbeys to defend them. The Arsov family was no different. When Ivo, Demetri's father, felt his son powers start to awaken, his training began immediately. He was only 5 when he was told about the duties of Hollow Hunting.
It wasn't even a year before his father was killed. He had left like he had many times before, but never return. After two days away, they all knew what had happened to him. Demetri tried to keep training with his powers, but to limited success. Eventually other Quincies where sent to Omsk to protect it, but the damage to the Arsov family was done.
With the new Quincies there, Demetri thought his training would continue with them. It took only three months before the four now stationed there to decided that Demetri did not have Quincy abilities, even though he could see spirits and draw ambient reishi to himself. Demetri was severely depressed by this, feeling like he had failed his father spirit and the family legacy. He was extremely anti-social and got in several fights at school. He was suspended in the 3rd grade when he broke a boys nose in school, and his mother was at her wits end. It was during that week suspension that he learned the toll his behavior was having on his mother.
He was awake late one night, after sneaking out to the backyard to try and summon a bow, but failing like so many times before when he was trying to get back to his room when he heard his mother crying. She was sitting on the couch, her legs held close and sobbing into one of his dads old winter sweaters. He tried to be the best man he could be from then on, trying to live up to the Quincy Pride his father taught him.
Years after Ivo's death, Demetri left Siberria, looking for his own fortune to make . He found himself in the City of Paths, looking for his own path to follow.
Combat
Strengths
Ingenuity - with out a full Quincy training, Dimitri often comes up with new ways to use the reishi manipulation that he learned
Resilience - Though summers and spring are enjoyable, the harsh winters have made him hardy and strength to work through anything, mentally at least
Weaknesses
Half-trained - Since Demetri only had a partial training in Quincy powers, his ability to draw reishi to himself is limited, and takes a toll on him much quicker then normal
