Clave Maestra
From Inga no Kusari wiki
Clave Maestra is Acer Venator Secratio's dormir.
Acer's body takes on a pale gold spectral glow, and the key on his back glows brightly with the same golden aura.
Dormir Ability
Clave Maestra is an ability that makes Acer's body molecules "acceptable" to any object that he is in contact with. He is able to meld partially with the object, allowing him to glean psychometric information off it, as well as pass through it as though he were a ghost.
Clave Maestra is capable of affecting absolutely any object that can be touched, be it made of matter or energy. This means that even Kidou binding techniques, as long as they are tangible, can be affected by this Dormir ability, just the same way a wall or closed door would be affected. Once an object doesn't possess reiatsu, it does not affect Acer's movements in any way (there's a but though, which will be discussed further down).
The Dormir ability has some weak points, though. Firstly, it is seriously affected by reiatsu flowing within an object. This Dormir ability therefore has no power over living beings (as even the least spiritually aware creature has an ounce of 'living reiatsu' within its body). This 'living reiatsu' rejects the powers of Clave Maestra, disallowing Acer to phase through, or glean the abilities off a character. Also, items connected to living reiatsu are not affected by Clave Maestra. Such items are zanpakuto, Fullbring items, Quincy crosses, and the like. However, if the object is severed from living reiatsu (that is, if the wielder is disarmed), Clave Maestra can work on the item as long as the original wielder does not get in contact with it. Nonetheless, Acer can only glean off psychometric knowledge of its owner, such as events they attended, where they stayed last, what they did, etc. No ability learning and such ever happens... but note, if the object performed an action, e.g fired a blast, then it is possible for Acer to learn that information from the object.
Clave Maestra allows Acer to easily pass through objects without reiatsu, but there's a catch. Objects that move at about the speed of a sprinting human and faster disallow the usage of Clave Maestra, as their moving molecules clash with his before perfect melding, thus disrupting the ability. Once the object moves slower than this speed, Acer's Dormir has no problems with it. If the object should suddenly move while Acer is within it, he is repelled forcefully and sails out of any of the sides he is closest to, like he was thrust by an unseen force.
Concerning an object made of solid reiatsu, which mainly involves constructs, Bakudou and barriers, Acer can affect it with Clave Maestra, although it depends strongly on his reiatsu level, as opposed to the opponents reiatsu level. This is the concept:
0-10 points higher than opponent: Acer is able to meld with and push through with a lot of difficulty, like he was wading through very, very thick sludge.
50 points above opponent: Acer is able to walk through the solid reiatsu with ease, but cannot move any faster until he gets through.
He cannot move any faster through solid reiatsu, even at higher levels of his own reiatsu. Once again, only solid reiatsu can be affected. Bakudou which are intangible or unseen, like light, sound, etc are not affected. Examples would be Bakudou #1, #6 and #9. Energy attacks, fire, explosions, cold, etc, are not affected, either.
A final thing to note concerning Clave Maestra and solid reiatsu: Since Clave Maestra enables him to be "acceptable" to the object in question, Acer, if able to absorb the reiatsu, is given a little temporary boost (about 25%) in whatever reiatsu based attack (which is cero) he performs in the same and/or next post. So, don't be surprised if and when Acer is seen eating a Bakudou like a biscuit.
Concerning psychometric abilities, Clave Maestra enables Acer to learn the history of an object or even a room, and events that have occurred around the object, as well as who has handled or touched it. By touching the ground, Acer can tell who has gone by that way, when they went by, and in what direction they were headed. He can even trace the footsteps to their origin or destination. However, the farther back Acer needs to go back through time to check on an event or such, the longer time he must spend staying in contact with the object, while using Clave Maestra. And of course, the ability uses up reiatsu, so Acer can't date back to the beginning of time.
As expected, Clave Maestra works only with contact. Once Acer is not touching the object, he cannot affect it.
Pros and Cons: While Clave Maestra is a very versatile ability, enabling Acer to hunt, collect data, as well as escape from tight situations, it is absolutely non-offensive in any way.
