Cirujano is Extrano Avienne Aelia Espero's resurrección.
Avienne's blade is a curved long sword with a gem in its pommel and a large ring that dangles from the tip of the pommel. It is as long as a regular katana, and is carried on her back.

Resurrección
Release Command: Operate, Cirujano!
Avienne doesn't change much after releasing her zanpakutō. Sleek white armor with red designs cover her torso and arms, the remains of her mask form an Alice band on her head, and her hair, which gains a pale purple hue, extends longer than her body. Her hair always moves, as if it has a life of its own, or a gentle wind was pushing it. Also, Avienne gains a long sleeved jacket, very characteristic of a medic's lab coat.
Resurrección Abilities
Avienne's major ability is in her hair. Her hair can be manipulated in whatever way Avienne so wishes, creating blades, shields, cudgels, and whatever shapes she so desired. The length of her hair can extend to between fifty and sixty meters maximum. Avienne can exert as much pressure as her physical body can exert with her hair, and can float by 'hanging' from her hair, which she holds in the air. She can aggregate her hair into locks, when she wishes to create shapes, or use individual strands to sew, stab finely and other such things. Her hair strands, when sewing, are strong enough to penetrate bone.
Her secondary ability comes from the red designs on her chest and arms. They are not there for just aesthetics, but serve a valuable purpose. These 'designs' are actually controllable pools of reiatsu, which can induce healing instantaneously. In effect, Avienne can regenerate injuries, and even lost limbs, though this will take time. She can also channel the reiatsu onto someone else, in which case, the red designs crawl down her arm, onto the target and surround the injury. Healing begins immediately. Avienne cannot regenerate the lost body parts of other people, but only herself. However, if she has sewn say, an arm back, and she uses the healing technique, the arm becomes functional again.
Avienne can only use her regenerative ability five times, be it on herself or on others. Another thing to note is that this ability works automatically, when she receives a serious or life-threatening injury.
Strengths
Avienne can use her abilities both offensively and defensively.
She can attack multiple enemies at the same time.
Healing and regeneration of herself and allies is an asset.
Weaknesses
Short ranged abilities.
Regeneration takes a toll on her. This inadvertently means that the more injured she gets in battle, the more tired she will likely be.
