Appearance
Azuki stands at 5'8" with a lithe and willowy body, physically appearing to be around seventeen years old. She has fair skin and long black hair reaching down to her mid back and tied in a ponytail, as well as bright amber eyes. Her mask fragments take the form of white cats ears positioned appropriately on her head. Being incredibly nearsighted, she also wears small glasses with a black frame that are supported by her functional human ears. Her Hollow hole is positioned just at the base of her neck.
Azuki wears a sleeveless white dress with a v neck that is skin tight and extends down to her mid-thighs. Her arms are completely bare, but her hands are dressed in black silk gloves. Azuki also wears long black socks that reach up to her mid-thighs, exposing a fair amount of skin between them and the skirt. Oddly, she wears no footwear other than the socks.
Personality
Azuki is a rather sharp-witted girl, quickly catching on to ideas and plots at a rate even surpassing her master. Still a little uncomfortable with the idea of having made such an abrupt transition from Shinigami to Arrancar, she secretly feels a little out of place in Hueco Mundo. She finds emotional support in Vivvi Dorze, the Menos turned Arrancar who showed such unnatural kindness to her when she needed it most. As a result, she is unshakably loyal to him, even going so far as to adopt his family name. Some have even accused her of being attracted to him, but due to a quirk in her personality, she usually denies such claims as blasphemy.
Naturally, Azuki as others would describe her is very tsundere. She is quick to criticize and berate those she has measured and found wanting, and can be very irritable. On extremely rare occasions, or in the case of her master, very often, Azuki shows her sweeter side, offering helpful advice and other such kindness.
Towards her former Shinigami brethren, Azuki's feelings are mixed and confused. Though she refuses to ever leave Vivvi's side, she is reluctant to fight her former allies. As such, Vivvi usually fights them for her and, at her request, will show them mercy. She can be seen as his better half, unlocking a side to his personality none have seen before.
History
A Shinigami on patrol in the world of the living, ninth seat of the Third Divsion Takadata Azuki was taken by surprise when she was swallowed up by Ortiga Azoul's specially bred Hollow Estomago, and was presumed dead by the Seireitei. In actuality, Estomago's digestive tract was a specially designed Arrancar factory; the souls it consumed were converted into basic Arrancar for use by the Empire. Azuki, being a relatively strong Shinigami, took a bit longer than the others, but none-the-less survived the process and was forever transformed.
Awakening to find herself surrounded by the enemy, Azuki soon learned that she had in fact become one of them. Barely able to cope with the shock of it all, Dorze took her in and provided her guidance, taking a special interest in her predicament. In gratitude of his kindness, Azuki eventually devoted herself to Dorze and the Arrancar he had become, desiring to repay him for the second chance she had been given.
