Asannamara
From Inga no Kusari wiki
Asannamara is Bansuri Shakti's Zanpakutō.
Asannamara's unreleased form is that of a black wakizashi. It's decorated with a few small golden flowers (forget-me-nots) at the closed end of the saya. The tsuba of the sword is smaller than usual and it's made of black metal. The handle is also black, presumably so the weapon blends in the darkness, and there are two small black tassles on braids hanging from the end of the handle, with random golden strings in the weavings and tassels. It's usually carried horizontally at the small of Shakti's back, handle to the right for easy access.

Spirit Description
Asannamara is a surprisingly human-looking spirit, at least from the waist up. Waist up, she is a rather attractive (and well-endowed) young woman with tanned skin, long and wavy black hair, yellow eyes and decorated with fancy jewellery, most often also wearing black lace gloves.
Her skin seems to glimmer and shine strangely in light at times, as if they were the scales of a snake, and it's no wonder why: from the waist down she has a rather long, dark red tail of a snake, with a small pale red stinger at the very tip. Asannamara wears a belt of sorts where her human half and snake half meet, which ironically has more fabric in it than her top does. Asannamara's nails are rather long and black, and she has two hollow fangs in her mouth that can be conduits for her venom. Very enamoured by the color red and gold, it's most common to see her wearing red clothing and golden jewellery. She also really, really, really likes silk and satin.
As for her personality, Asannamara is the complete polar opposite of Shakti. Flirtatious (to human and spirits alike), open, seductive, social, she's a true hedonist and she very much appreciates the male form. She loves to tease people, especially her stoic and serious friend, and always finds time to play around. She is, however, very egotistical, somewhat narcissistic, loves being the center of attention, rather vindictive in certain circumstances, close to being spoiled rotten and she's as dangerous as she is beautiful. She knows she's a looker, and is not afraid to remind others about it if need be.
Asannamara doesn't really like other females and spares no barbs when commenting about them to Shakti, and can get quite cruel, in words but especially so in combat. Despite seemingly friendly, there is a reason she chose Shakti as her bearer: Asannamara recognized the cold rage she was capable of, and saw it as an equal match to her particular brand of fury when crossed. She truly hopes she would be amused by this stern woman, after all, what other reasons are the shinigami there for?
Shikai
Release Command: Kisu, Asannamara (Kiss, Asannamara)
Asannamara elongates into a long (about 10 feet or 3,4 meters), thin and darkly coloured metallic spear, reminiscent of the Chinese qiang but with the red tassle being smaller and black, and it has dark feathers attached to the base of the spearhead (often striped feathers for some reason, with earthy colors like dark red and dark brown). The shaft of the weapon is metal as well, and near the very base of the weapon is a wrapped "handle" of sorts. When Shakti battles with the spear, the handle is quite meaningless, but if she uses the other form of the spear, it serves a good purpose.
The spear can separate into small sections, all connected by numerous strong yet thin wires, so that the spear can become a whip of sorts for long-distance attacks, reaching up to 65 feet or 20 meters in length. Though the weapon seems like it would break easily, it's surprisingly strong and durable, not to mention flexible even in the spear form. Strangely enough, when the weapon separates into the whip-form, barely any sound is heard.
Shikai Abilities
Alabisakta
Comparable to the venom of a scorpion. This poison is slow-acting, lethal in large doses and often causes a death that looks natural. Those who are suspectible to anaphylactic shocks die from a small amount of this, those who are not tend to require a larger amount. However, even if one isn't prone to asthma, breathing difficulties, or anaphylactic shocks, Alabisakta is still very painful when it enters the body, and often causes a painful, burning and stinging rash near the area of the contact that spreads in tune with the bloodflow of the body: the more the heart pumps, the faster it spreads.
Note, this is only on those who have resistance to the poison as their body actively tries to fight it: those who may die from bee stings or scorpion stings (both are about as effective against a healthy adult human without allergies) often succumb to the poison so fast their body has no time, or simply can't, fight it.
The rash may also start bleeding after a while, but that's often the symptom of the body fighting against the poison and slowly winning. For a healthy individual, the poison remains in their system anywhere from merely a few hours to about a day. Depending on where the poison gets into the system, the mortality rate varies largely. In extremities like hands or legs, Alabisakta is merely a painful inconvenience. Near the head, neck, lungs or heart, the poison may block off air passages, blood veins and cause a death even to a person who is not allergic to bee stings or scorpion stings.
Amiyagarala
Arguably the strongest offensive ability of Asannamara. Amiyagarala is the strongest poison in Asannamara's arsenal, and about as potent as natural poisons get: if you crossed the poison of an Inland Taipan and the most venomous Poison Dart Frog, you'd get something similar to it. The smallest amount of it is needed to kill a human (or a shinigami), it acts fast (mere seconds) and leaves a messy corpse. Because of the sheer potency of it, Shakti has been ordered not to use it to assassinate others unless ordered by a Captain, and as such it is not possible of her to use it against other shinigami when she is, for example, fighting them. But, no one said anything about their zanpakutōs...
Amiyagarala, when set to coat the surface of the weapon in a fight, can reverse both shikai and bankai of another shinigami if the respective zanpakutōs come in contact with one another (if it's a set of two or more, contact with one is enough). It doesn't matter whether it's the smallest nick on the surface, a touch that lasts barely a second, whether Shakti was offensive or defensive, whether the contact is with the spearhead, the shaft or the separated pieces and the wires that hold them together: if the zanpakutōs come into contact, the poison crosses the wires of the other zanpakutō-spirit and renders a shikai or a bankai unusable for some time, effectively sealing the zanpakutō. How long depends on the shinigami wielding the weapon and the zanpakutō spirit, but while Asannamara produces less of the Amiyagarala when compared to Alabisakta, Shakti can still use the poison to prolong the effect of the "sealing" to a point.
For the shikai, the time is minimum of 4 posts, maximum of 10. That is, the effect of the poison disappears on the AFTER the 4th post (by the 5th post), counting from when the zanpakutō was poisoned, if Shakti doesn't prolong the effect by hitting with Amiyagarala again, thus prolonging the effect another 4 posts. The effect lasts 4 posts, and it disappears by the 5th. The maximum of 10 means that Shakti can't use the poison again for a while after the target zanpakutō has been sealed for the 10 posts.
For bankai, the effect is half of the shikai. 2 posts minimum, 5 maximum. The effect disappears on the 3rd post, unless Shakti hits the zanpakutō with hers again.
Getting poisoned in bankai or shikai doesn't mean the other stage of release is unaffected: when a zanpakutō is hit with Amiyagarala, IT CANNOT ACTIVATE DURING THE DURATION OF THE POISON.
For the Arrancar's Resurreccíon, the limit is 3 posts minimum, 7 posts maximum.
Strengths
Versatility, lightness, poison, ability to cancel out releases for a short amount of time, silent, ability to assassinate targets from further away with the whip function.
Weaknesses
Somewhat difficut to control in the whip form, it takes time to reel all the pieces back in if Shakti switches from whip to spear, slender spear form and the whip form are both medium to long range weapons (with very little function as close quarter combat weapons), there's relatively less Amiyagarala available in comparison to Alabisakta (It's about 100 to 10, if 1 represents one poison attack).
