Appearance
Ardenter is a montrous looking Hollow standing at a full forty feet tall, heavily muscled and covered in coal-black skin only a few shades away from the deep purple swirls that mark it to help give his body definition. Standing out among his dark colors are the crimson blades and spikes that protrude from various areas of his body - from the heavy barbs creasing his shoulders, spine and other joints, to the claws on his feet, nearly every part of him can be made a weapon or a detourant against others attacking him. The arms it possesses are one of the most unique features on this particular Hollow: Overly long and ropey, the flesh from the elbow down twists around on itself with short thornlike protrusions along the creases that run up and down their length. Tapering down narrowly along their lengths both arms end in a trio of hooked claws to make up what can barely be described as hands, allowing for little more than to rend and tear things as he grapples with the talons. And as if all these other weapons weren't enough, the final overkill comes in the form of a lashing tail as long as he is tall extends from the base of his back - armored with chitinous plates and covered with more of the bone-spikes at the end of its length. The mask Ardenter wears is more utilitarian than just for show; broad-headed supporting a pair of short triangular horns set beneath a larger pair that spiral upwards at opposite angles. Wearing a constant rictous grin, Ardenter bares mostly flat crushing teeth save for the jutting tusks coming from either corner of his mouth. From the back of the mask a mane of black hair spills out, covering the tops of his shoulders to only just begin obscuring those bone-spikes protruding there. Along with the quintessential Hollow mask he wears the center of his chest is an empty void running him completely through.
Personality
In life he was a quiet, meek individual who kept his head down and went about his own business while leaving others to their own. As a Hollow, he is a destructive force of nature seeking to devour others to quench his insatiable hunger. Little more than a mindless beast searching for his next meal, at this stage Ardenter lacks a true sense of self, acting only on simple instinct.
History
Kazuo Takeda was your ordinary guy with low ambitions, just waiting for something to fall into his lap for that 'dare to be great' moment that would punctuate his life and give it meaning. Sadly, he was caught up in the hum drum day-to-day life of a data entry clerk where his routine consisted of coming in early every morning and leaving late. Day in, day out he spent his life in tedium where his one escape was that thought of 'One of these days.. ' as if it would lead him to something greater just by thinking about it. His life wasn't all bad though, he had a nice apartment - albeit on the small side - and he had his weekends mostly to himself unless he had to go into work on a Saturday to play catchup on work for someone. The life he lead was exactly like him, smack dab in the middle - not exceptional but not horrible either, it was.. average. And it was slowly driving him insane. Not insane in the way a person would walk into an office and start shooting people, although he did have that daydream every now and again simply for something to for his mind to do. No, the way he was going insane was slowly shutting himself off from the rest of the world, drawing into himself until he became a ghost to all that knew him.
Eventually his coworkers didn't even notice him anymore and had to stick their heads into his cubicle to make sure he'd come in for work that day. Those few friends that knew him didn't simply abandon him, they just had no idea how to get through to him - invitations to dinner, to go out to a bar, or just coming to a movie with them. He rejected all of them, citing his busy schedule and saying 'Maybe next time, though.' as his new mantra. After a time even they got sick and tired of putting in the work and getting nothing in return from him. Kazuo's life ended abruptly, and to no one's surprise, few people he knew even noticed it had happened. A careless misstep while crossing the street put him in the way of an oncoming truck, and that was the end of Kazuo's life. After the initial shock of being dead wore off, where he spent the first few days trying to get people to see him, he eventually wandered off to his own funeral to say goodbye to friends and family. When he finally found where services were being held for him he was dismayed to see that no one had come.
The sorrow brought on from knowing he was truly alone and he had utterly wasted his life away was all it took for his soul chain to completely devour itself within minutes as he wailed in despair. The cries soon turned to outrage and anger as the last pieces of chain were destroyed and a hole formed in the center of his chest - cursing his friends and family for abandoning him he was pulled screaming into Hueco Mundo. He had little time to express fear of the realm as his body underwent a transformation to better represent the bitter anger and rage he had felt before he arrived there. Once the reformation was completed he was ejected back out of Hueco Mundo and again found himself in the cemetery he had previous left. The burning hunger that drove all Hollows to kill now surged within him, urging him to seek out other souls to devour .. and the cemetery was a perfect place to find the first of his meals. Other souls who had come to watch their own funerals before they passed on had little chance to escape him. Kazuo, now Ardenter, prowls both Hueco Mundo and Earth in search of food. He returns often to cemeteries and graveyards where the suppressed memories of his life before urge him to kill whatever souls he happens to find at those places.
Combat
Strengths
Killing Machine: With the array of weaponry covering his body, and the sheer brute strength he possesses, Ardenter has an edge in close combat where he can attack with nearly any part of his body to deal more than crushing damage. Be it goring open a Shinigami with a headbutt, or swinging his tail around to cause mass destruction, Ardenter is built to be nothing more than a killing machine meant to hunt down his prey and rip them to pieces.
Weaknesses
Lumbering Hulk: You wouldn't expect something so big and cumbersome to be quick or agile - and you would be correct. Being a walking disaster area that topples things in his way rather than going around them, Ardenter is easy to follow and becomes hampered in places too small for him to move freely. While having formidable strength, his power is wasted when confronted with something fast enough to out maneuver him.
