Personality
Akio Kichiro Yuki(AKY) has a positive outlook on almost everything in life. He is shy most of the time and will open up in time. AKY has a very pure heart and is very trusting which is a weakness for him. He is loyal to those who seem deserving and trusting but will be loyal to those also at a higher rank, but to an extent. He is very persistent and determined.
History
Before Akio was Born, his parents were on vacation in Barbados, an island located in the Caribbean. A week before they were going to go home, Akio was born and his parents decided to stay there for a few years. As a child Akio was thought to be somewhat of an eccentric guy. He uses to see things that others could not at a very young age and had an over obsession with ice since it seemed like he always ate it. After years past, Akio still saw these entities and had the obsession, but ignore it. Also, he had a mysterious dream with a guy and who kept repeating the same words over and over again. His parent decided to return back their hometown in Japan with Akio. While in Japan, Akio went exploring and found a little dojo in the neighborhood and to his surprise, it was a Chinese Dojo, so Akio decided to learn the arts of Chinese Kung-fu.
At the age of 17, Akio was Excellent in school and his training and graduated top of his class. For doing so well in his studies and arts, his parents bought him a new Convertible car and gave him an all expense pay trip to France since Akio was always fascinated about that place. The first day in France he was fascinated about the sights and two days later, he would decide that he would visit Notre Dame. Before he could set foot in to the building, one of the gargoyles fell and crushed Akio.
After the incident, Akio woke up and was surrounded by a man and a woman that seem welcoming. He asked them if they new what had happen and where he was. The replied saying that you are in Soul Society and that he had passed, and that was the reason for being here. Akio almost went crazy, the man and the woman told Akio their names and it was Henata & Kinamu. They felt pity for him and invited him to live with them. As the strange day went on, Akio heard about Shinigami and decided to become one and adapt to the situation and repay the kindness of Henata & Kinamu.
In the Shinigami Academy, Akio excelled in the average amount of area and was very determined. After hard training and moving up from Shinigami Academy, Akio was doing personal training and to become stronger so that he can apply for a seat on the 7th Division. While with the 7th Division on a little scouting mission to see if I was even qualified to be on the division. While on the scouting mission on earth, a huge Gillian appeared. The over-seeing Shinigami was hit from behind and was on the floor out cold.
Akio took out his zanpakutō and charged towards it. The Gillian swung it arm at Akio but Akio just jumped on his arm and continued up the hollows arm. As Akio was about to strike, the other arm smacked Akio to the ground. The Gillian was about to step on him and Akio looked away and placed hands in front of him dropping his zanpakutō. As he did this, he began to remember the dream that plagued him and he said that words that he heard. “Anil Basset Amon” the zanpakutō sword shrunk into a dagger and fuses with his armor and was incased with ice. And wall of ice came over Akio protecting him and making the Gillian stumble and fall.
Akio didn’t realize that he released his Shi Kai and didn’t realize that other Shinigami had awakened. While the Gillian was on the floor Akio ran towards him jumped in the air went to pull his sword out, but didn’t realize that it had shrunk and fused with his Armour. In replacement of his sword came one made of ice, and Akio sliced the Gillian in the arm and it didn’t do major damage. The Other Shinigami came form behind and sliced it in the arm 4 times and it fell off. The battle was intense and lasted a long time. They manage to damage the Gillian together, but it would take more to defeat it. So the other Shinigami and Akio combined their attacks to try to defeat the enemy. Akio points the tip of his ice blade towards the creature, and shot a beam of ice freezing the Gillian feet to the floor. Although he was not going for that type of attack it was effective. The Shinigami ran towards the Gillian, and release his Shi Kai. A strong light came from his sword and incinerated the legs of Gillian.
Akio and the other Shinigami ran towards the Gillian and Akio cut the hand of the Gillian while the other ran towards the head and started chopping away destroying it. The battle lasted at least 30minutes. As Akio was walking away, the dagger became unfrozen and turned back in to his zanpakutō and Akio garb it and put it away. As Akio was walking away he fell from using so much reiatsu. The Shinigami seemed pleased with their performance as a team and they continued with the scouting mission.
After many years in the 7th Division Akio climbed the ranks of his Division and became the Vice Captain. He Served as the VC for a peaceful time until the uprising of a few Quincy who called themselves the Midnights. Akio was in soul society and remember a light and he was partially blinded by it but closed his eyes again, his body felt strange, very strange, like he was just floating. Not knowing where he was he opened his eyes and saw a clear sky and the moon, he gave a little smile, he turned his head to see that his zanpakutō was in his hand and then he felt his body falling at a fast speed. He felt his body making contact with something that felt like bricks. It turned out to be a lake that he had fell into, the speed that he was falling at contributed to this, the air was knocked out of him and blood spewed from his mouth.
He then started to sink in the water and his vision started to blur, “What are you doing, I will not allow you to die, get up and do something, Your're in Ban Kai form, use me or lose me forever…” these words lingered in his mind as he kept going deeper and his vision more blurred. He realized what he had to do, he had to survive, he formed his wing and pointed the sword to the bottom of the lake, and he shot a beam of ice at the bottom of the lake that propelled him high into the air. He started to fly a distance towards a location that he had designated as a safe spot during his scouting missions and was now holding his chest due to the pain, then his vision started to blur again, he needed to rest and found himself few feet away from the destination.
The Safe spot that he chose had almost everything you could think of; he had human money, food, and other supplies. Akio was able to treat his injuries and was back at full strength, now he had to figure out what had happen officially, he tried to remember what happened but couldn't. He heard rumors from hollows and other spiritual beings that spoke of entities that keep them from returning to their own worlds, also he heard of alliances but that was something else for him to deal with later. Akio got a job at a major computer technology cooperation, he easily was promoted close to top ranks of the company and in next in line to be CEO of the company. He opened a cyber cafe, and an arcade.
He wanted to keep up with the times and would use this as a way to locate other shinigami, and also locate other spiritually aware beings. During this time he hasn't been in his shinigami form in some time and when he did do this and tried to initiate his shi kai he was unable to. He tried and tried and he couldn't do it.It seem like he had lost the power to do so and so after he couldn't even hear the spirit of his zanpakutō. He was at square one once again, but at least he has an idea of what to do to regain his strength, this was a priority for him.
